"Nice/clean rooms, outside looks a little iffy. Didn’t try the breakfast and the WiFi gave me trouble all night"

"Great stay - all staff that we interacted with could not have been more pleasant and friendly - and they were especially sweet and kind to our dog who was traveling with us. They made him feel like a VIP guest. Really enjoyed the breakfast offered as part of the stay - kind of incredibly how much food they put out. Just a great experience! Recommend!"

"chose hotel because of bistro and bar got there it was closed due to lack of staff. Karen was great at taking care of our early check we were attending a mid afternoon funeral and got us checked in by noon."

"Room smelled like a dog kennel/urine. Gap in the air conditioner unit and the wall, no amenities. Knew it was a budget place…but this is a little worse."

"Great location with easy access to Cornell campus. Cornell-themed interior deco throughout. The comfort twin room offered great value and had plenty of amenities for a solo traveler like me: storage space, A/C, reliable wifi, private bathroom and sink. Shower booth has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Sink has hand soap and hand lotion. One small issue: depending on time of day, it may take a while for hot water to come out--in my case, it took anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 minutes while...

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable beds/pillows. The bar/restaurant was nice and food was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only complaint would be for the price of the room(s) the continental breakfast should be included - not worth the $9 charge."

"The inn style hotel layout is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast available. Shuttle service is a plus. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Very disappointed! Waited 10 mins to check in for a guest to be checked in, while the other agent just ignored me. (I am sure she was too important to handle checking me in) We had to ask for hair dryer at front desk. Broken dispenser for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. One cup, one glass, one plate. One roll plus 1/8th of toilet paper. No batter for waffle (only display that has not been used forever, it’s only to fill space on the counter) Only Coffee and coffee hot water Overall, we...

"It was an inexpensive room close to what we needed. Room was clean but bedspread worn and stained...rather than painting the toilet seat, why not buy a new one? Fine for what I paid, which was $13.00 after member points."

"I had an excellent stay at Quality Inn! My experience at this property was wonderful, and I’m very happy I chose to stay here. Thank you to the team for making my visit such a positive one. I would gladly stay again and recommend this hotel to others!"
