Stay in a beachfront hotel in the heart of Gonzaga!

Our apartment is located on Canal 3 in Santos, right across from the beach. Just cross the street to enjoy the best of the coastline. The location is excellent, safe, and close to markets, restaurants, and other conveniences.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people and is ideal for families with children. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds that can be joined or separated. We only provide sheets for use as a double bed.

The second bedroom has a Montessori-style (low) double bed with fun Marvel-themed decor, ideal for children. This type of bed may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. The fifth guest will be accommodated on a mattress on the floor; in this case, it is necessary to bring a single sheet and an extra towel.

The apartment has only one bathroom, which is accessible to all guests through the suite. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.

The American-style kitchen is compact and equipped for simple meals. It includes a two-burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, sandwich maker, pots and pans, and basic utensils. For safety and comfort, we ask that you avoid frying, as the kitchen is not equipped for it.

We provide double bed sheets (for beds joined together only), pillows, and bath towels for up to 4 guests. We ask that you bring your own beach towels and sarongs to enjoy your day on the sand more comfortably.

The building offers excellent infrastructure, with a swimming pool, gym, self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos – paid separately), and 24-hour concierge service with easy check-in provided by the reception staff. We also provide one parking space. Upon arrival, please inform the valet parking attendants of your apartment number to guarantee free parking and remember to leave your car keys with them.

The apartment's voltage is 220V.

Accommodations and Facilities:

The guest will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, as well as being able to enjoy the building's complete leisure infrastructure, which includes a swimming pool and gym. Use of the Clube XV beach tent, set up on weekends, is also available. The location offers chairs and bar service; bringing drinks from other places or using coolers is prohibited.

Pet Policy: We understand how important pets are to the family, so we accept 1 small pet per rental, provided the animal knows how to relieve itself in an appropriate place. If you bring your pet, you must add the animal to the number of guests, with an additional charge of R$150.00.

It is important to note that, when bringing their pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the furniture, especially regarding the cleaning of upholstery and carpets, which may incur a fee of R$300.00.

Furthermore, we do not allow dogs that bark when their owners are absent to be left alone in the apartment, in order to guarantee the comfort and tranquility of all guests.
