Accommodations and amenities:

The apartment has one bedroom (suite) with a king bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a lovely balcony with a beautiful sea view for you to enjoy. We provide sheets for the king bed, 2 towels, a dish towel, a floor cloth, and a bath mat. Note: guests must bring bedding for the sofa bed (Queen or King size sheet — preferably without elastic). Don't forget to bring your own bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a beach wrap to enjoy the sun!

Equipped kitchen:

The kitchenette is equipped with a single-burner induction cooktop, pots, and basic cooking utensils, ideal for preparing small meals with comfort.

Security and leisure:

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in Santos, facing the sea. You will have 24-hour front desk service, easy check-in with the reception team, as well as a pool and gym available for your leisure and safety.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the condominium's leisure area, which features a panoramic pool and a gym. Guests can also use the beach facilities at Clube XV, which offers a spacious beach hut with tables, chairs, and bar service on weekends.

We recognize that your pet is part of the family! We are pleased to inform you that we accept one small pet per booking, provided they are trained to relieve themselves in the appropriate place.
