Pet Policy:

We know your pet is part of your family! That's why we accept 1 small pet per rental, provided the animal knows how to relieve itself in an appropriate place.

There is an additional charge for your pet, which must be included in the number of guests. The amount is R$150.00.

It is important to emphasize that, when bringing their pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage to the furniture, especially for cleaning, if necessary, upholstery and carpets.

This modern and cozy apartment accommodates up to 4 people. While children are welcome, it's important to note that there are no safety screens or locks on the windows, and we are on the 22nd floor. Therefore, constant supervision is necessary.

In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa bed and a balcony with incredible sea views, perfect for relaxing. The suite has 2 single beds, which can be joined or separated according to preference.

In addition, we offer a dedicated workspace, ideal for those who need a functional environment during their stay. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in every room, ensuring comfort in all seasons.

The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a 2-burner electric stove, 2 pans, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker, making it ideal for preparing small meals. It's important to note that the apartment is not suitable for preparing more elaborate meals, such as fried or baked foods, and does not have a refrigerator, only a mini-fridge.

Suggested bedding for the beds: 2 sets of single sheets, 1 set of queen sheets (preferably without elastic for the sofa bed). Don't forget to bring beach towels and sarongs to enjoy the beach comfortably and conveniently!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which includes a TV room, integrated kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. In addition, they can enjoy all the building's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym.

Guests will also have access to the Clube XV beach facilities, which offer a large tent with tables, chairs, and bar service on weekends (bringing coolers/styrofoam containers is prohibited).
