Casa Estrella, two-story house in Cala Figuera, by the sea. It has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, a garden and swimming pool: accommodates a maximum of 6 people.

As its name suggests, this house is an “Estrella” - a star. A star that shines without flamboyant luxury... Its star quality is: being able to wake up and see the sea from your bed (in all the bedrooms), or to relax in the shade of pine trees on the terrace (with their wonderful fragrance), or to “listen” to the silence... Or to have breakfast on the upper terrace... It’s also luxurious to stroll along the cliff tops just in front of the house... Or wander to the little port of Cala Figuera and see the fishing boats arrive... Casa Estrella is built in a traditional, Mallorca architectural style that you will love. And although it is cozy and comfortable in winter (there is central heating), it is a typical Mallorca summer house, perfect for the hottest months, thanks in large part to the swimming pool and outside area which will be the nerve center of your holiday. There is no lack of places where you can read, sunbathe, eat, rest, chat... You will have a great holiday here, with the beautiful views and lots of possibilities for trips along one of the nicest coasts on Mallorca.

We stayed for five nights in May 2024, the villa was even nicer than the photos. We didn’t hire a car during our trip, there is a small supermarket 5 mins walk from the villa. We ate out locally in Cala Figuera four nights and took a taxi to Santanyi for dinner for one night. During the trip we took a taxi to Cala Santanyi for a beach day, such a beautiful little cove. Another day we took a taxi to the most gorgeous beach Es Trenc which was stunning with white sand and the water was so clear. All in all a fab stay in Cala Figuera in Mallorca and we will definitely all return some day.

Terrific home for relaxation, quiet and stunning sea views. Lovely trail for evening walks, plus close walk to charming town. Pool is clean and refreshing. Kitchen is well stocked and clean. Furnishings are basic but certainly worked for my husband and I. Our son joined us half way through our stay. We spent our time at the outdoor table and lounging poolside. Updated outdoor furniture will be needed eventually, but it wouldn't keep us from renting again. Ceci was just outstanding-a great communicator and so helpful and warm. We watched boats and birds and caught up on laundry, too. Wonderful!

Traumvilla mit sensationeller Meersicht

Das schönste Ferienhaus das ich in den letzten 20 Jahren gebucht habe. Top Lage, absolute Ruhe, man wird morgens von Vögeln leise geweckt, Top Restaurant Pura Vida in 200 Meter Entfernung, sehr guter Supermarkt, der alles hat, in 500 Meter Entfernung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die Betten und das Bad ist ausgezeichnet. Sonnenliegen und Schirme sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr schön mit Außendusche. Die Verwalter sind ausgezeichnet und separat zu loben. Die machen einen TOP Job, jederzeit erreichbar, kümmern sich um alles, Sie erhalten jederzeit Infos, wenn Sie Fragen haben, falls was fehlt, wird es sofort nach geliefert, bei und ging die Kaffee Maschine kaputt, am nächsten Tag war eine neue da, ich hatte noch nie so einen Guten Service vor Ort. Poolhandtücher sind vorhanden,, die Waschmaschine funktioniert, der Pool wurde aus Wunsch zusätzlich gereinigt. Ich darf sagen, für meine Ehefrau, mich und meine 4 Freunde die ich eingeladen habe, war es ein Traum. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Paola, herzlichen Dank für alles. ps. natürlich gibt es auch hier Kleinigkeiten die nicht 100 % sind, empfehlen kann ich Schlafbrillen, aber die habe ich immer dabei, egal wo ich bin, es wird morgens sehr schnell hell, und im Obergeschoss ist der Kleiderschrank für 2 Personen etwas klein, hier bietet man Ihnen aber zusätzlich einen mobile Kleiderstange an, wenn Sie die brauchen, wir haben unsere Kleider einfach aufgeteilt.

Incredible home in a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing stay - spacious rooms, fully stocked and functional kitchen and AMAZING outdoor area & pool. This was the perfect home base to explore some of the best beaches on the eastern part of the island before heading to Palma (Renting a car is a must and we got a great rate on a nice Audi using the promo code provided). Ceci was a fantastic host and the few minor issues we had were promptly attended to. She went out of her way to make sure we felt at home and we really appreciated it. We have stayed in many AirBnBs across the globe and this one may have topped them all. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking about booking.

Abgewohntes Haus in schöner Lage

Auf den ersten Blick scheint es ein charmantes Haus zu sein. Beim Betreten lässt allerdings der Geruch nichts gutes erahnen. Altes,abgewohntes Mobiliar,extrem verkalkte Armaturen in allen Bädern,teilweise Schimmel, die Küche speckig. Am schlimmsten war allerdings der Pool.Am Grundstück befinden sich Pinienbäume auf denen sich abends sowie morgens hunderte von Vögeln und Tauben sammeln und ihr Geschäft im Pool und Pooldeck hinterlassen. Nur auf mehrfachen Wunsch wurde dieser gereinigt was uns dann aber trotzdem vom Baden abhielt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Villa Estrella is superbly located with its unobstructed seafront view . There's a beautiful walking trail along the ocean on one side and a spectacular promenade on the opposite side leading towards lovely Cala Figuera. The house was very adequately furnished for our needs. Paola was a great host and very helpful.

Fantastically located house in a calm area and in front line of the sea. The house itself was exactly what I was looking for in standard. It has anything you need for staying some days or to weeks. The pool and the greenery with the sea behind is just breathtaking. I highly recommend this pearl for any other picky ones as me. I will definitely hire this house again. Not least the communication with Santanyí rentals has been fluent and easy. 5/5.

Perfekter Urlaub auf Mallorca 🏝Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über das Meer. Die Bilder sind nicht bearbeitet… es ist wirklich so schön! ☀️🌊Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt und von der Sauberkeit her gibt es auch nichts zu beanstanden. Alles in allem ein absolut weiterzuempfehlende Unterkunft! 👍🏻

Traumhafter Ausblick und Paola ❤️

Früh am Morgen durften wir schon unsere Koffer in die Funca stellen, obwohl das Reinigungsteam noch vor Ort war. Alle waren sehr nett. Paolo ist sogar zu uns ins Pura Vida gekommen um uns die Schlüssel persönlich zu bringen! Sie ist super lieb! Kümmerte sich hervorragend um uns und unternahm alles damit wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Auch wenn uns seit über 20 Jahren jetzt das Wetter mal im Stich gelassen hat, wir haben es trotzdem genossen in der Finca wenn man wach geworden ist den wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer zu genießen. Und die Fußbodenheizung hat es uns kuschelig warm gemacht. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Danke Paolo 😘

Diese Unterkunft zu mieten war eine der besten Entscheidungen des ganzen Urlaubs. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super. Die Unterkunft ist in einem Top Zustand, sehr sauber, in einer tollen Lage und sie in echt noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Tolle Ausstattung und fußläufig zu vielen Restaurants.
