Verdal is a beautiful, rustic-style country house for 8 people, situated in a quiet rural location near Portopetro and the Mondragó Natural Park with its beautiful sandy coves perfect for swimming, as well as various long walking trails. The house is built on a rural plot with open views of the surrounding fields dotted with carob trees, wild olive trees, and the distant sea. At the rear of the house is the sun terrace and pool – the perfect place to enjoy long summer days.

The two-story house features spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light and exterior walls clad in natural stone. From the large entrance hall, you have access to the open-plan living and dining area with glass doors leading directly to the terrace and pool. The spacious kitchen is very well-equipped and includes a breakfast table, as well as a utility room with a washing machine. On this level is the master bedroom with a beautiful wooden double bed, an en-suite shower room, and access to the terrace and pool. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with its own private balcony terrace and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance. One bedroom has a double bed and a large corner bathroom with an en-suite suite. The other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and share a separate bathroom.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms operates on a fixed schedule.
