Holiday Home 'Sa Barca' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Cala Santanyí, Santanyí, this 50 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests, including babies and children, as there is no extra space for more people. All visitors not registered in the booking must be authorized by the property manager; access without prior authorization is not allowed.



The property features 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine. For families with children, a cot and high chair are available on request.



Step out onto the private terraces, both covered and open, and enjoy beautiful sea views. There is a small private barbecue for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. Please note that events and parties are not permitted on the property.



For stays longer than one week, a complimentary change of bed linen and towels is provided.



Self check-in is available for your convenience, and public transport is nearby. Having a car is highly recommended for easy arrival, exploring nearby villages, and shopping. Free private parking for 1 car is available on the property.



From early May to late October, a small local supermarket is just a few minutes’ walk away (please check opening times, as they may vary). Outside these dates, the nearest supermarket is 5 km away.



From November to April (inclusive), the minimum stay is 4 nights, with check-in and check-out possible any day of the week. From May to October (inclusive), the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in only on Fridays.



Important note about the water: The property’s water is not suitable for human consumption (drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth).
