Holiday Home 'Casa Can Picarola' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Casa Can Picarola is located in the s’Amarador settlement, which belongs to the municipality of Santanyí. You can reach the beautiful, unspoilt s’Amarador beach on foot in about eight minutes, so you can conveniently leave your car parked in front of the house. From the garden, you access the covered terrace (porche). The spacious entrance area leads directly into the dining area. The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio, and offers direct access to the terrace. The kitchen has been completely renovated and is equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. The three bedrooms each have either two single beds or a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and insect screens. With a maximum occupancy of six people, two modern bathrooms are available. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the house and on the terrace. All sleeping and living areas are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), so you can feel comfortable at any time of year. In summer, you enjoy the proximity to one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches; in the cooler months, the cosy, heated house invites you to relax, and you can take wonderful excursions or hike along the coast or through the Mondragó Natural Park directly from the house. The outdoor area offers sun loungers, a sunshade, an outdoor shower, an additional indoor shower with toilet, a chill-out area for pleasant evenings, and a barbecue area with grill and its own dining table. The property opposite is currently under construction.
