Please note that the bedroom and bathroom in the basement are not available to guests, as the property can accommodate a maximum of six people. For this reason, you will use the bedrooms on the ground floor and the upper floor. The villa also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot, and a high chair. Outside, you will find a partially covered terrace with a seating area where you can dine together and enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue. From here, you have access to the private 24.5 m² pool, equipped with sun loungers. In addition, you can relax in the sun on the balcony or on the rooftop terrace, which features lounge furniture and a ping-pong table. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is 800 metres, or a 10-minute walk, away, and the nearest bay, Caló d'es Pou, is 1 km, or a 12-minute walk from the accommodation.
