The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom brand new retreat delivers spectacular sights from every window, especially at sunset, when the sky fades into shades of orange, red, pink, and purple. The main house comprises an open kitchen, spacious living room and dining area looking out onto the pool with visibility for miles. A detached 1-bedroom private guest house offers standalone privacy and more jaw-dropping views.

Interior
Natural light dapples every inch of this Sonoma Mountain home. The front door opens to a spacious great room with kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and dining area. The open kitchen boasts counter seating for six, as well as restaurant-quality appliances. Between the great room and primary suite, there is a library with cozy couches and a TV. This is the perfect place to curl up and read a book. Bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and ample closet space; the primary bedroom suite incorporates its own sitting area, with an oversized walk -in closet (a sleep sofa can accommodate two, outside of the bedroom). The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an open shower area as well as a soaking tub, while all other full bathrooms have open showers. The 1-bedroom private guest house sits on a rise above the main house and has its own living room with views of the Valley below.

Exterior
Outdoor space at Dream Weaver is sophisticated and takes advantage of the views. Inviting flower beds and a stone pathway and steps that connect the main house to the guest house. The centerpiece of the backyard is the pool, which looks out over the edge of Sonoma Mountain onto the distant hills and the valley below with nearly 180-degree vistas. A concrete patio flanking the pool is dotted with chaise lounges; enjoy a glass of local wine while luxuriating here. In the breezeway between the main house and the guest house, outside of the great room, there is a BBQ and a table with seating for four.

Location
Dream Weaver is perched on the north flank of Sonoma Mountain, about five miles west of the quaint town of Glen Ellen and the restaurants and shopping there. It is less than three miles from Jack London State Historic Park, and about 15 miles from downtown Sonoma. The house is 30 minutes from Santa Rosa to the west, and about 45 minutes from downtown Napa to the east. Sonoma Mountain Road, where the house sits, is windy and the views from there are totally worth the twists and turns.

This property is located in the County of Sonoma and is subject by county law to restrictions and the rules set by the property owner with a goal of being considerate of neighbors. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests; events, parties and outdoor amplified music is not allowed; rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am. If the home allows a dog and the dog is not a therapy or assistance dog, one dog only is allowed with signed pet terms and an additional $250 cleaning fee.
