This unit features a unique floor plan that is the largest and most expansive main floor living area in the entire Condo!

We had a great stay! The host was very fast in his response and had extra wash cloths delivered within 45 minutes after we did not seem to have enough! My only complaint was only one person can shower at a time. If more than one shower was on at a time there was zero water pressure. We’ve stayed at a different unit here before and didn’t have that issue, so it was odd! But we made it work by only having 1 person shower at a time. Didn’t bother us too much! Property was cleaned and well stocked! Location is perfect and boat driver is so fun and quick!

The room and the property was clean and spotless. The host was absolutely wonderful ,Answered any questions quickly and our family loved the facility the room and the property .Would recommend it highly!! The beach service was excellent. We sat out on the balcony every day before, and after going to the beach.

Great condo complex!

We loved the property and variety the lake and pools provided. We were able to canoe and fish in addition to spending time on the beach. The patio on this unit is fantastic! My only recommendation (and reason for 4 stars) is it could use extra linens, upgraded appliances, etc. Nothing major, just those small touches that take a rental from good to great. But overall good experience and I would consider renting again.

We always come back to this area, but needed more room this year. Plenty of space with this condo and the best views on the property. There was a small issue with the beach service, which was promptly handled by the owner, and the other amenities were great as usual.

Beautiful condo close to everything!

This is our 3rd trip to Sanctuary at Redfish. This is this best condo we have stayed at. Always a great view. Condo was nice and big with plenty of room for everyone. Due to Helene we had limited beach time but the pools were always available. Highly recommend this condo and Sanctuary at Redfish! And don’t forget to hit the Blue Mountain Creamery during your stay!

Beautiful Stay and View!

I’m not sure you’ll find a better place to stay! Property was so nice, tons of space. View was perfect. Boat ride to the beach was quick and super easy. Home has everything you need for a perfect stay. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a plus. So much room for everyone to spread out. Beach was private and not crowded and home is an easy ride to both Destin and Panama City to venture out for the day. Cameron was super helpful and quick to respond and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This property is a little secret paradise. We take our family and grandchildren every year and it has never disappointed us. Fabulous condo, wonderful pools and a private beach that is not crowded and so peaceful!

We will be back!

Perfect location for our growing family. Lots of room to be together or spread out. The balcony was very spacious! The pool table in the living room was a hit with my adult sons. the pool and BBQ area right downstairs was convenient. The party barge boat taxi to the beach was perfect although you can’t roll your beach wagon into the boat (but you can fold it up to bring with you). That was a minor inconvenience. The walk to the beach was at least a mile long and took 20 minutes. It was a nice walk for adults but with the toddlers and possibility of rain it wasn’t a good idea. We will definitely be back next summer.

This unit overlooks the pool, which is very advantageous. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a king and twin bed in it, making it very useful for parents with children.

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautiful views, plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The couch was perfect- all the reclining seats made it very comfortable. Best mattresses too! We have stayed at five different condos at Sanctuary at Redfish and this was our favorite.

Family friendly getaway.

This gated condo has a relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. There was plenty of room for our family of five adults and four teens ages 14-15. The pool table was the real hit. None of the teens had ever played pool and there was a Papaw happy to teach them. The condo was large and clean. There was plenty of linens and a startup supply of paper towels, toilet paper and dishwashing detergent and sponge. The boat ride was enjoyed by all and Captain Bob was the best. The ocean was calm and the clearest water I have ever seen. We rented seven bikes from Big Daddy's Bike Shop and they were phenomenal. Our group rode to Seaside and a Coffee Shop near the condo. The owner, Cameron, was very helpful. He quickly answered all questions. He provided help that made our stay perfect.

We have stayed at SAR for years, and this is by far the best unit. The views are amazing, and the space is amazing. Communication with the host was perfect as well. This one is not to be missed!

This is our second time to stay in this condo. Perfect size for our growing family. With all the new grandkids this is a perfect place for little people. Also it’s not too bad for us old folks as well. 😜I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful!

Last minute booking. Communication was quick and easy! The condo is massive, perfect for a group and the views from both balconies are excellent! Yes there is a boat ride to the beach but we found it easy and usually not too long of a wait. Plenty of chairs and space even for the busy holiday! Pools were very clean and not crowded. Very quiet area of town which we liked. Highly recommend!
