    Welcome to "Grace Place" a recently updated stunning condo in Watercolor, offering the perfect location for your vacation getaway! Situated on 30A and just a short walk to Seaside, this beautiful condo is just steps away from the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and the recently renovated Watercolor Beach Club.

    Grace Place is a two-story condo that has been meticulously designed. Each of the bedrooms and full baths features new flooring, while the common areas boast stunning wooden floors. The updated furnishings, vibrant lighting, and open floor plan create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The second-floor kitchen is a standout, showcasing granite countertops and stainless steel Wolf appliances. Additionally, a convenient half-bath can be found on the second floor, and the balcony off the living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Access to the second floor is made easy with the building's elevator.

    On the first floor, you'll discover the spacious primary suite, which opens to a covered porch. Furnished with a charming king bed, a chaise lounge, two linen swivel chairs, and a flat-screen TV, this suite provides a comfortable retreat. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom suite on the first floor offers a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower and single vanity. The other guest bedroom boasts roomy queen-over-queen bunks and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

    Not only does this condo provide a luxurious space to stay, but it also grants you access to all of the fantastic Watercolor amenities, including the WaterColor Beach Club, pools, and boat house. Plus, its convenient location allows for a short walk to Seaside, FL, where you can enjoy the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Prepare for an unforgettable vacation experience at this exceptional rental in Watercolor!

    Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands.

    Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Concierge Cottages does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart.

Amazing location. Pictures and description are accurate. Overall, would definitely stay there again wish there were more spots to hang towels, wet, clothes, etc., inside the unit. Minimal places to even hang up bath towels. Another improvement would be more dining chairs when desiring to eat a meal with more than four people.

Suggestions

We really enjoyed the location and the unit, but the lack of storage (no dressers in bedrooms, no towel bars/hooks) really made for a chaotic week of living out of suitcases. Not having barstools in the kitchen was very odd and would have made the trip a lot nicer and a keypad on the back door would have made the location 10 million times better! Overall it was a great unit and we would stay here again…these are just some minor things that would have majorly made our trip a lot better!

Access to Watercolor Beach Club just across the street! Walk to everything and parking is easy and included. Very quiet at night even during spring break.

Wonderful!

Place was exactly as listed. A convenient location to shops, beach and pool.Only complaint is that it does sleep 8 and is not advertised as such. Would definitely come back!

Just as advertised! Very clean, well maintained. The kitchen was appropriately stocked to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone enjoyed their en suite bathrooms. We all enjoyed the close proximity and access to Watercolor Beach Club - literally a two minute walk to the pools, and three minutes to the beach. Beach Club has drinks and a grill for poolside food during the day. The beach itself has daily rentals for an umbrella and two chair setups. Downtown Seaside is 10 minute walk away. This condo is part of a resort property that’s charming, well maintained, and feels safe enough for everyone to roam around.

Amazing location, feels like hotel

Perfect location, quiet, end unit, 1st floor entrance and close to everything. All new inside but feels more like hotel than home. Also no shade darkening on any windows so every morning by 6:00am it’s really bright in bedrooms. In all it was a beautiful place and we would stay again given the location.

This location had everything we needed. Loved being able to walk easily to the Beach and Beachclub pools. Set up of the property was great and easy communication with the host! Would recommend!!

We absolutely loved our time staying at Grace Place! The description online is completely accurate and it is truly a beautiful condo. Great and quick communication and accommodating host. The location at WaterColor is extremely convenient and can’t be beat. We split our days between time and the WaterColor Beach Club and Seaside, which was only a short walk away and totally manageable with young kids. We can’t wait to come visit and stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Impeccable Service

Any request or issue was answered almost immediately and promptly handled. Communication was a 10/10. Even my basic questions about 30A amenities, household appliances and comforts around town were answered promptly and thoughtfully. Highly recommended Concierge Cottages!

Perfect location, beautiful property

We loved this updated two story condo for our group of six. The location right across the street from the beach is unbeatable. There was an issue with our wristbands but the management company was very responsive and took care of the issue quickly. The access to the beach club and the other pools and amenities in Watercolor made this a great week for our family. Highly recommend!

Nice place with some quirks

This condo has been recently updated and is pretty, but not comfortable and it is missing some essentials. First, the living room furniture is uncomfortable. The sofa is hard and has a super low back which is odd. The chairs are also hard and uncomfortable. Not a good space for gathering in the evening. Second, the bathrooms look like they have been recently updated, but they forgot to install any towel bars or hooks. We found that odd. There are some positives...The location is perfect! It is so close to the Watercolor Beach club and beach access. It is also super close to shops and restaurants. The management company was fantastic! They were super responsive and helpful!
