Escape and relax at this stunning beachside property. Beachside Villas offers a secluded environment with private beach access to the sugary white sand beaches of 30A. In the heart of Seagrove beach, enjoy 2 community pools, tennis courts and access to Eastern Lake. Spend your days playing at the beach, biking, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing-the possibilities are endless. Located just off 30A, minutes away from shops and restaurants at the Hub, Seaside, Rosemary and Watercolor.

This 2nd story, 3BR/2BA beautifully decorated condo offers the perfect welcoming environment for making wonderful memories. Enjoy all the comforts of home at VillaIsla. The living room features comfortable seating, TV and balcony access. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to create and share meals with family and friends.

The master suite with private bath is furnished with a king bed. With access to the balcony you'll enjoy the warm ocean breeze with morning coffee or evening cocktail! The second and third bedroom with a shared bath have 2 full beds and a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV. No need to take laundry home with you, this unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

If you're ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service from March – October (please call us for specific dates).

Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. The location can't be beat - quiet and secluded but close to everything you'd want to do on your 30A vacation: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, and bike rentals. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles away.

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect space for the 6 of us, and the location was great. There were a few issues in the condo (the dryer broke and bathrooms had minor issues), which is why I gave 4 stars, but the host was very responsive and resolved the issues the best they could.

This was the second year that my friends and I decided to stay at this property, and it was so much fun! We had a great time the year before and decided it would be great to return. Great time at the beach

The condo is as it states with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beach access is a short walk but much of the beach is private and you'll have to either walk about a hundred yards or take the golf cart shuttle that runs each day from 9-5 to get to the area of the beach that is not private. Either way, it's not terribly inconvenient and from front door to sitting at a spot on the water takes about 10 minutes, and that's with carrying a bunch of beach toys and lugging 6 kids around.

Great condo, unfriendly neighbors

We had a great trip! This condo is perfect for a low key way to stay on 30a. Owners are super responsive too! It was a group of friends and the condo was perfect for us who wanted to maximize our time on the beach. It was a little small in the living area but very well decorated. The only downside was a group of neighbors staying in the houses nearby harassing people using the public beach. It got so bad the homeowners kept moving their private beach signs to prevent anyone from getting near them and lining the beach with chairs from their house to the water. This is a problem throughout 30a not specific to this condo!

Love this corner 2nd floor condo. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Very easy walk to the beach. Has everything you need and is very clean and well organized. No clutter. Comfy memory foam beds.

Great location

My wife and I stayed here for Spring Break with 4 teen boys. Beach access was great. It was an easy walk maybe 50-60 yards through the condos to get to boardwalk. The beach was not too crowded although it may be different in peak season. The condo was clean and furnished as listed and had some nice touches like coffee, beach chairs, laundy detergent, shampoo which we really appreciated. Beds and couches were comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and provided good information around check in/out. We did not need them for any issues during our stay. We had 2 cars and had no issues finding parking spaces. The only negative I would say is that the condo is tight. They maximize their space so the furniture is a tight fit in the condo and the shower was pretty small. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent spring break trip!

Very nice property! My wife and I took a few of my daughters friends on a short spring break trip. This condo was perfect! Clean and up to date accommodations. Very short walk to the beach with easy access. Owner was helpful with our early arrival and stayed in contact in case we needed anything. Enjoyable trip to the beach!
