Laundry room with full size washer and dryer - and Your Friend at the Beach leaves laundry detergent enough for your whole stay. Iron and ironing board and a drying rack also included in laundry room as well as a broom, dust pan and mop.

Per HOA rules, only two cars are allowed per condo. One marked spot in the underground parking garage and one unmarked spot in the outside parking lot. A third spot is available through the HOA for an additional fee in high season.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, golf carts jet skis or RV's. No tents are allowed on beach. Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited. Must be 25 or older to rent, no chaperoned groups.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to thirty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within thirty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.
