Two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, kick back and stream favorite shows on the TV.

Great property, awesome location!

This property is very comfortable and very well appointed. It was ultra clean upon our arrival. We easily found everything we needed within and quickly made ourselves at a home. The real winner here is the location. This condo complex has private beach access for only residents and with only 19 units in the complex it was never crowded. Also worth mentioning is the central location to all things Blue Mountain Beach and Santa Rosa Beach.

Stunning Sea Bluffs!

We just finished a wonderful week’s stay at this condo. The location was ideal, the condo clean, the beach- beautiful! The furniture was comfortable yet spacious, and the owners clearly know how to provide for their guests. For example, they had so many hangers and two laundry baskets— huge help!! The drawbacks in my opinion are on the Sea Bluff complex as a whole—While the steps up/ down to the beach were plentiful, the beach is worth it! Also, the condo’s pool is a bit small, but it was never crowded. This may be a hidden gem for the area!!

Not exactly as described

We love Blue Mountain beach! Please note that this condo is beachside, but right by the street & no beach views. Private beach & access was great- about 5 flights of stairs to the beach, but worth it for the privacy. There is no consideration for early check-in at this property so that was frustrating. The unit was very clean when we arrived, however, we had several roaches in the kitchen & gnats in the living room area. The beds are not comfortable. The laundry room is on the ground level & the dryer makes an awful noise while running- I’m sure the neighbors do not appreciate that either. The most concerning issue is that there is so much mold/mildew on the ceilings of the garage & laundry room. This is a health hazard & needs to be addressed.

Sea Bluff

Overall we had a great stay. Good location, close to restaurants, easy to find and very close to the beach. There were gnats in the condo that I am sure will be dealt with quickly. There are also a lot of stairs if you have anyone with you that would have a problem with that. The condo has a garage on the ground floor so to get into the condo there is a flight of stairs. There is also a flight of about 70 stairs to get down to the beach. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location being close to the beach and several walkable restaurants and shops. We rented chairs and an umbrella from a local company that worked out great. They dropped off the items at the doorstep. We had a challenge with cleaning being complete at check-in but the management company communicated well on the resolution time.

Nice area

Area is very nice & pretty convenient to everything. Safe friendly environment. Hard to find at night, pulled over for 25 mins trying to get in touch with Property manager & NEVER got a call back or in touch with anyone. There are a lot of stairs & the mattresses & pillows are very uncomfortable I actually had to go buy new pillows & linens. Long walk to beach. It’s an older dated property but fully stocked with everything needed & in an ideal location to everything. Beware Washer & dryer are on lower level outside in garage , very inconvenient. Tv is guest room also has no cable.

Great location

This property is located in a great spot with tons to do nearby. The beach near the property was well maintained and never crowded. A few tips/things to comment on: 1. One of the beds had a crushed up sprite can in it which led us to wonder if the sheets had even been washed or changed 2. The nest thermostat was programmed to turn off the air conditioning every two hours, which often led to the house getting as hot as 90° at night and while we were out. It was extremely frustrating because no matter how many times we turned the air back on, it kept shutting off. 3. We stayed here with two toddlers and while we were able to make it work, I wouldn’t call this property kid friendly. There are lots of steps both in the condo and on the beach which made it very difficult to get everyone up and downstairs. Overall I would stay here again - the beach was great and we were very close to several 30A activities.

Generally pleased

In general, the property presented well. However, there was no cable tv in the second bedroom. The chairs and couch in the living room were not very comfortable. The unit has a problem where the dining room is level but the kitchen and living room both run down hill from it. This transfers to the upper floor as well. The unit was clean and the beds were acceptable, although not very comfortable. The drawers in the dresser in the second bedroom were worn out and fall out when opened. Is it really necessary to have 8 digits on the garage door opener code?

Great place, great price!

This place was perfect for our family of four getaway. Great location along 30A. Very nice townhome. The price is amazing. The rental company was great. Read the notes about what to bring, e.g., hair dryer, you'll be fine. Worth it for the price. But we were there 4 days and had plenty of supplies. Only thing I used was a few extra garbage bags that I brought. We took everything else back home, but not a big deal. We'd go back for sure.

Spring Break

We had the pleasure of staying at the Gulf Side townhouse for a quick spring break trip. The townhouse is really nicely decorated, great location (nice and quiet) and a few steps from the beach. A few minute drive into Seaside and Rosemary beach! We did cook our meals there and they had plenty of utensils, pots and pans. Few suggestions: I would have at least one hair dryer and beach towels. We had to purchase both. We did have a rainy day, I love staying at VRBO's and the owner has a list of their favorite restaurants, places to go see and some local flair that isn't so touristy! There was a folder filled with restaurant brochures, but its fun to get the owners preference in the area. Overall a nice few days! Thank you for letting us enjoy your townhouse!

Great relaxing week!!

Spacious condo close to the beach! Has outside shower to clean off all that beautiful sand!! Plenty of room for a large family and right on 30A. Enjoyed the private beach access. I gave 4 stars because it is a bit of a walk to beach access and there are a LOT of steps to get down to it. challenging with older people and carrying gear to spend a day. Overall a great place and would stay again!

Just steps from the pool and strides from the beach, this condo was perfectly situated for our family. A short drive either direction down 30A also took us to two different town centre's. The management company was always, prompt and helpful. The accommodation had plenty of space and was well put together. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was because of few minor issues; one of these was that we literally discovered 'a bun in the oven', that was left by the previous occupant, which burned up during pre-heating. All in all, we had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return.

The town house was nice, beach was amazing, not crowded and water was perfect

Everything was as described except this is not rented by owner but by another leasing agent. You will be paying 2 management fees. Look closely before purchasing. This townhouse unit is in the last of 3 rows of about 20 units and run // to the beach. The unit met our needs, the overall construction is fair as the floors squeak when you walk on them. It is very clean. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking ware but make sure to bring your own seasoning and spices, as it is not stocked like a normal vrbo. The beach was really a short walk, beautiful, not crowded, and the water was clear and the right temperature. Pool was also nice but small. Overall would stay again and try to get condo in 1st or 2nd row and rent directly from Southern Rental.

Great location. Clean. Tastefully painted/decorated. Lacking in some basic supplies: no hair dryer, no non-stick skillet, no fly swat, etc... Bedding was average at best. Pretty sure comforters were not washed. We would probably stay again because of great location and price.

Overall this was a nice place to stay.

I did have trouble contacting Southern Vacations rentals prior to our trip. A simple phone number would be nice to talk to an actual person. Also, if you plan on cooking at the condo, plan to pack your own dish detergent. I have never needed to do this at any other condo we have stayed at, but apparently this isn’t included in the stay. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach. A few things that could have improved our trip are sheets without holes (the master bedroom sheets had a large hole in them and the sheets just looked discolored) and a skillet in the kitchen.
