Experience breathtaking Gulf views from The Palms at Seagrove's oceanfront condo. This newly remodeled unit, "Shore to Please," features a master bedroom with ensuite, custom bunks, and two full baths, accommodating up to six guests in an open floor plan with a fully upgraded kitchen, living/dining room, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Location:

Palms of Seagrove is a private condo community on the south side of 30A and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It features a community pool and private beach access. Shore to Please is a 10-minute bike ride to Seaside Town Square!



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

Parking for 1 vehicle in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space.



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• No Pets

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



Guest Access:

Each guest is given a unique door code that will work for the duration of their stay.

The Palms of Seagrove is centrally located in Seagrove right on 30A with easy and private beach access. Take walks along the beach, ride your bike or walk to local restaurants, shopping, or Seaside along the 18.5 miles of paved dedicated paths along 30A.

Everything was great! The condo is very nicely updated and furnishings/amenities very nice. It faces the beach and enjoyed sitting on balcony with this beautiful view. Definitely recommend!!! Close to Seaside, and some great restaurants.

This is a fantastic place. Everything is newly renovated and high quality. Furnishings are new, comfortable, and clean. Little details everywhere show the attention the Owners pay to making the stay a great one.Great view of the beach and very easy access.Location is great, close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach but away from the crowded large towers so the beach is nice and quiet.Highly recommend and we'll return

Lovely Place, true to pics

We loved our stay at Seagrove/Santa Rosa. The condo was perfect for the two of us and loved all the amenities. Things to note: Washer and Dryer on property! Yay! The bedroom does not face the ocean (which wasn’t a big deal for us) The stairs outside the door are not usable at this time. Call in advance for umbrella rental to get the best spots!

The Palms C6

We had an amazing stay! The view from the condo is absolutely stunning, and the short walk to the beach couldn’t be more convenient. The decor is super cute, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We especially loved that the beach is private, so it was peaceful and never crowded.A few things to keep in mind: the pool is pretty small, and there is a new building going up directly behind it. The construction noise during the day was very loud, with constant nail guns and machinery. We were glad we weren’t in one of the units next to it. The open-concept showers look stylish, but they aren’t very practical. Water ends up all over the floor, soaking the bath mat, which gave me the ick. Also, there are only stairs to access the condo, so it might not be ideal for someone in a wheelchair or anyone who has trouble with stairs.Overall, it was still a great stay. Just good to be aware of these details when planning your trip.

Love the property - our 3rd straight April- first of May week at the Beach. Perfect set up Minor suggestion- leave a trash bag for every day of visit. Especially with no disposal.

Property was not quite what we expected based on the pictures. Amazing view!!! It was adequate for our stay. Furniture could use a deep clean. Hallway windows open to condos next door so hallway bunk beds have light all night. Algea growing on hall window, & a sheet rock repair in den. Not bad, but would not stay here agai.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was lovely. It was clean and as pictured. The view of the ocean was outstanding and we were very pleased with the location. The bed in the master was not the most comfortable and the AC unit needs to be upgraded so that guests are not asked to turn the thermostat lower than 70 degrees. The condo was quite damp which could be due to the AC unit not being adequate. It definitely needed a dehumidifier as the sheets felt damp and the floors were a bit slippery. We would definitely stay again if these items were corrected.

All I expected, and more!!

Shore To Please surely did please me. I am very picky about where I stay and I usually am disappointed in the cleanliness. Not the case with this condominium. Everything was very clean and neat. The unit was very tasteful decorated. The sofa and chairs were very comfortable, as well as the bed. Loved that they had nice bedding. The down comforters and pillows were a pleasant surprise. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. Beautiful views from the balcony too!!

Beautiful and well appointed property!

This condo is gorgeous! Aside from the amazing view, we appreciated the thoughtful and intentional design. The person who designed the spaces in this property nailed it! The finishes, the details, the decor, the furniture - it was all perfect and the right way to do beach decor. The winner for us was the big rocking/swivel chairs in the living room. One of those chairs with a blanket and a book was a favorite spot. We had everything we needed to prep and enjoy some of our own meals and enough of the basic supplies, towels, etc. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo!

We loved everything about this condo and will definitely stay again. It was clean, well stocked, easy to access, and had an amazing private beach with chair and umbrella rentals. It’s slightly removed from Seaside, which we loved, but close enough that you can bike over or even walk if you wanted. Fantastic rental from start to finish! We had our young son with us and he fit fine in the bunk beds, but I snuggled him one night and was almost too long for them. This isn’t a criticism, but just a helpful note that the bunk beds have a height limit (likely 5’6”).

Baby moon!

This property was perfect for my wife and I during our baby moon vacation. Located 5 minutes from the little downtown seaside area, and the nearest publix. A car isn’t necessary if you plan on staying within the seaside area, a bike or golf cart will do. The condo itself was perfect, our balcony overlooked the beach, we were steps away from the beach, and chair rental was easy. Would recommend for any couple looking to spend some time on the beach!

30A Beach Time

Shore to Please is a great oceanfront unit. The ocean view, the cleanliness, the furnishings and the management support were all top notch. We come to 30A twice a year. This was one of our best stays.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view!

Everything was so nice in this condo…very upscale but also comfortable. The view was stunning. I loved the mixture of Palm Trees and lots of plants and shrubs with the ocean and beach beyond that felt like I was in a private sanctuary.

Beautiful condo

Loved the property and condo. It was nice being on the water with a great view. Pictures match the condo, it is gorgeous. The location is perfect between Seaside and Rosemary. We biked to Seaside daily.
