Cozy and clean

This location was excellent for our family of three. Public beach access directly across the street and several places to eat within walking distance. Rental was clean and up-to-date and we will definitely be back.

Cute studio condo steps from the beach

The condo was very comfortable for just two people. It had all amenities needed for a short stay and was just across the street from the public beach access which made it very easy to go back and forth.

If you’re looking for a great spot to enjoy the beautiful beaches and surroundings of coast, this spot is the place! Newly renovated, quiet complex, amazing location and attentive owner. Would book again!

perfect studio get away

My husband and I went for a long weekend anniversary trip and this was perfect. The owner gave me information about renting beach chairs & umbrellas and was incredibly responsive. Have recommended this place to friends for the future!

Great spot for quick trip

My wife and I did a quick 2 night trip in December without our kids, and this location was great. Easy walk to beach, and we took the long walk to the Seaside area several times too. Room was very nice - renovations were well done.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and ready to enjoy our week. The apartment was so beautifully done and clean! The location was perfect - walking distance to 2 public beach accesses. We enjoyed the pool as well. 30A has always been our favorite place to visit. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we unlocked the door, we felt right at home! The apartment was so clean and there were even cute rosettes on the toilet paper rolls! The location is perfect! Right across the street from 2 public beach accesses - 1 with steps and 1 with a ramp! The Murphy bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great studio in a great area of 30A. Walking distance to rent bikes. Equipped very well! Comfortable bed. Made great use of the space! On the 2nd floor so there are stairs!

There were numerous issues with the tetlevision not working. I did communicate with Owner who worked to fix the issues, However, they converted over to a ROKU stick but then the TV would not cooperate with the volume level so you had to go into the TV and swith the HDMI to get to the volume an it was either a whisper or full volume no inbetween. It was frustrating to say the least. To someone with no IT experience they would have been lost. Also, no incidentials were available. One small round ar of soap for both the shower and the bathroom sink didn't work. You should have to buy soap when you arrive. There was a soap dispenser but it was empty. We also ran out of toilet paper and there was no back-up! The mattress on the bed was wafer thin, you could feel the springs! Ugh, for that price!

Great vacay!

The condo is great. Super close to beach and pool. Owner communicated well. It was the perfect last minute getaway for my family. Can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and cute

There are only 2 beach towels for the whole week. The two shower towels for the week are ok but the extras feel and look like Cleaning towels. Only two rolls of toilet paper for the week. Otherwise everything was great! I would stay here again.
