Sea You Soon is one the best places to stay along Scenic 30A and is right in the heart of South Walton. This beautifully decorated 500 sq ft studio condo accommodates up to 4 guests, and is steps away from many nearby attractions. Picture yourself sitting by the Gulf of Mexico with the waves splashing at your feet and the sand at your seat. Gulf Place provides convenient beach access right across the street making this vacation rental a great choice for a romantic getaway for two or a small family vacation. 

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Enjoy easy access to the beach in less than a 2-minute walk to the north of the condo, and Dune Allen beach is one of the prettiest on 30A. With just a quick elevator ride to the lower level, you will discover eclectic shops and delicious eateries. Enjoy outdoor activities, music, nightlife, and movie nights. Take a stroll along the famous pristine Emerald Coast Beaches (3 access points one with a private beach) right across the street or cool off in one of 3 private pools. Visit 15 one-of-a-kind Dune Lakes and multiple State Parks, or take on a game of tennis or shuffleboard. There is no shortage of natural beauty. Gulf Place is your perfect one-stop luxury retreat.

Cozy stay on 30A

Comfortable and clean, easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. The bed was really comfortable!! Nice large balcony.The area was crowded but we were still able to walk to everything nearby with minimal wait times.

Perfect getaway

My overall stay was amazing.My only complaint is there wasn’t enough trash bags,and we ran out of paper towels and toilet tissue and had to go purchase some.I would think that the cleaning charge that we pay would have covered that.

The unit was exactly as pictured online. It was a little hard to locate the unit at first, but the unit was clean and convenient to beach and multiple restaurants. Our only complaint is how filthy the trash chute area was. It was disgusting and full of flies.

Good Location

Walking distance to 3-4 good restaurants, highly recommend Cafe Bistro. Easy walk to the beach with rentable chairs and umbrellas clearly marked with your name, waiting for you each day.

Would recommend! Minor & correctable tweaks needed.

We enjoyed our stay there. The management company was very helpful, responsive, polite and attentive. They notified us that the door was left open on accident. They closed it on our behalf & notified me. While we were embarrassed, I appreciate their protecting our valuables as well as the owner's property. We were not able to take the beach chairs we purchased & the owner accepted our offer to keep them for future tenants. We appreciated not dealing with that luggage @ the airp The interior was beautiful & clean. The jet tub was a great surprise. I don't remember seeing that in the listing. The location is perfect where you could see the part of the beach through the tree and building gaps. Walking distance for everything and great for people watching when on the porch We only had a two issues that I am only meaning to be constructive Four clean towels were provided and the laundry facility does not have enough appliances to compensate. Because of our long stay, lack of towels provided and unavailability of the washing appliances, we had to buy towels The bigger issue is, when we followed directions to the beach from the instructions provided, we were kicked out of that section as it is privately owned by another property. My child was very upset and did not want to return to the beach. I think the directions need to be corrected for future tenants We do not expect to have a flawless experience ever and we would be willing to stay there again & recommend to others

Spring Break Getaway

This was our first time staying at Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Beach. My husband and I loved our time there. The studio was at a great location. You’re right across the street from the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Restaurants and coffee shop all within walking distance. For spring break time, it was busy, but didn’t feel overcrowded. The studio was perfect for us and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Happy Holidays!

Stayed here from Christmas Day through New Year’s Day. Nice location! Very convenient to everything 30A. Great for two people, but would be a little crowded for 3 or more IMHO. Enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. We will be back!

Perfect little getaway

The studio was awesome. Great location with easy access to the beach and shops and restaurants. Perfect amenities for a weekend getaway for two. Especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and seeing the gulf. No complaints whatsoever with the condo.

The pictures didn’t show a Keurig machine so I didn’t bring pods. Also could have used a free standing makeup mirror. But it was perfect for my needs. Close to beach and local restaurants.

Great location

Very clean apartment across the street from the beach. Guests should know that the golf place access is under construction, so you need to use the public beach abs there are many rules about using beach tents and where they can be location. Very close proximity to many great stores and restaurants. Queen mattress is comfortable, queen pull out mattress is very thin and wrapped and plastic but served us well while we were there.

Loved this property

Property is perfectly located for access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Looked just like the images and was clean and comfy. We had a small issue with the check in process due to their computer error, but i called their support number and was in our room with in 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Last minute get away

The property is everything as described, there are two different coffee makers for ease of use (regular drip and Keurig single cup). The unit is a little hard to find at first but so convenient to everything in the area. Sitting on the balcony either early morning or late evening you get to see all the activity below, and then just about bed time everything slows down and gets very quiet. We will absolutely be back to stay again in the near future.

Cute studio, short walk to the beach and 3 pools to chose from!

The light bulbs above the cooking area on ceiling need to be changed and the stove top takes a while to heat up - the pull out mattress was not great and you roll to center of the bed Otherwise everything was great!

Overall our beach experience and stay at Sea You Soon was top notch! The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. The ease of access to the beach is awesome. The room was very cool and comfortable, but for a small family of four it was a little cramped. We loved exploring Gulf Place and eating at Pizza by the Sea!
