Here you’re only steps away from the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of 30A! This gorgeous, updated condo is the perfect vacation getaway for any party of two. The comfortable king bed and private first floor patio will make Vitamin Sea feel like your home away from home. The spacious living area opens up to a fully equipped kitchen.
The Palms at Seagrove offers gated beach and pool access, generous green space, charcoal grills and bike racks. Take advantage of the 22 mile bike path and enjoy some of the natural surroundings of South Walton.
Vitamin Sea is located on the first floor of building D with patio access.

Seagrove Beach is a favorite for longtime South Walton visitors. When you’re not soaking up the Florida sunshine, there are plenty of activities to enjoy and places to explore! Rent a bike and take a quick ride to Seaside and Watercolor or bike along the Timpoochee Trail. Eating at Café 30A is a Seagrove tradition! Fine dining, shopping and entertainment is just minutes away.

Condo was amazing! Beautiful, welcoming and cozy. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need and all cookware and utensils were high end and in great shape. We stayed for 2 weeks so we did a lot of cooking. Ground floor was perfect for packing and unpacking. Steps away from the beachfront and pool, which we enjoyed both. Location made everything just 10 minutes away. Store, gas, restaurants! It is perfect!!! Corner unit was private and quiet, felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. Absolutely 5 Star & 10/10

Absolutely outstanding!! I was hoping that the accommodations would be as beautiful as the pictures…and OH YES they were! It was perfect! We enjoyed having two bathrooms and the large living room/kitchen area. The bottom floor gave us quick access to the Emerald Coast. Plus, I cannot say enough about Chelsea…she was helpful, kind, generous and just the best. Don’t hesitate…book yourself an amazing beach vacation

Amazing location. The condo was very modern and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. They even had multiple beach chairs and boogie boards. I would highly recommend this location!!!

Perfect!

My daughter and I took a much needed beach getaway for some R & R and this place was so perfect! It’s a gorgeous condo steps away from the white sand and clear water. The condo was absolutely stunning. The customer service was incredible, we will absolutely be back. Thank you so much for an incredible week. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Beach Trip

We have been visiting this are of the Florida Panhandle for a long time with our kids, who are now grown.This was a great vacation spot with dedicated beach and chair service that my wife and I could enjoy a great stay. The redone condo was wonderful, close by to places we like in Seagrove, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Easy to use and had all the features we wanted. The property manager we were connected with, Chelsea, did a wonderful job for us.Thank You.

Just a couple thoughts about items needed to make stay even better.

The property is beautiful, however, in the check in information we were not giving the access code to the gate leading to the beach. We were able to get the access code from another resident. Ideally, there would be hooks on the back of the both bathroom doors for towels, etc. It would be great if the condominium had a plastic cutting board. There is only a wooden one that actually is probably more for a charcuterie tray. It would also be awesome if there was an apple slicer as part of the kitchen utensils. Just a couple of thoughts! Overall excellence day.

Property Review of Vitamin Sea Condo

The unit was well appointed with most amenities needed for the week. The unit was also very clean. The keypad for the door entry was a bit clumsy at first, but we figured it out in short order. I would certainly consider this unit for any subsequent stay as it is in a great location convenient to many things that are within walking distance.

The property is very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the floor was damaged in a spot near the kitchen. The laminate floor was popped up and I hung my toe on it. Not a comfortable feeling. Should be fixed asap!

Wonderful stay in Seaside!

This property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, well appointed, and in a perfect location. The check in process was very easy, and there was a lot of support up until our check-in day! We rented bikes and had a wonderful time riding into seaside and checking out the local rosemary beach as well. Access to the beach is extremely easy, there are chairs and umbrellas available at the condo, and we had everything we needed for our stay! We can’t wait to return!

The overall reservation and check-in process was a breeze! The app made is super helpful to get in, stay up to date, communicate and access important codes. Super helpful! (Note: Maria was amazing and super sweet + helpful!) This condo honestly blew me away. It was absolutely beautiful 😍 It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and super organized.
