The Palms at Seagrove C4 is on the 1st floor and offers easy access to the beach walkover. The modern updates and décor in C4 are beautiful with designer touches you're sure to enjoy on your 30A vacation. This condo features a king bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living area and bunks built into the hallway. Relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets and cool Gulf breezes from the patio.

After a day of fun in the sun, either at the pool or the beach, head back to the renovated kitchen to whip up a gourmet meal. Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie night on the large TV. In the evening retreat to your king master suite. You'll love the rainfall showerhead in the large walk-in shower. The kids will love the fun hallway bunks and easy access to the beautifully tiled guest bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The Palms of Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right outside the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Explore the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at Palms C4 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Home away from home.

Beach access from the sliding back door of the condo. First floor, easy access to parking lot. Restaurants & grocery was driving (or bike) distance. Condo had all amenities for the kitchen. Bring your own toilet paper if staying for more than 2 nights. It’s a home, not a hotel. Cozy decor, comfortable for both toddlers and adults. Beach chair rentals available, recommend to call one day before for reservations. Will stay again!

Mold and Mildew

In our opinion, and the opinion of a lady off of the beach, the unit smelled like mold and or mildew. When upon arrival and walking into the unit there was a strong mold or mildew smell!! When reaching out to the management, they eventually sent someone over to check around. We had went to eat so we were not there. We were informed that it was either the chemicals that they used on the sheets or from the power washing from the units such as bleach or chemicals. We stayed the night because we didn’t have any place to go. We slept on the pull out sofa so we could sleep next to the screen sliding doors to get fresh air since there was such a bad odor.The next morning we had a lady come in from the beach and smell the unit to make sure it wasn’t just our opinion. She immediately said OMG this is horrible!!! There is so much more I could say and I also have pictures of the black ceiling in the laundry closet, which when the second management team person came in found. He looked in the closet, looked up and closed the doors and said he would immediately escalate our complaint and get us moved immediately, and as he left he said since this has been a recurring event. This condo should have never been rented!!! This caused us to loose a half a day on a two day vacation and after driving 10 hours there and 10 hours back!! Not to mention the health risk that may have occurred! The compensation was little for a mutilated vacation!!!

Prime location

The first floor unit is as close to the beach entrance as you can get. We loved being able to walk right into the back sliding door and enjoy the grass area in the evenings. Short bike ride into Seaside. We were very pleased at the cleanliness of the entire property. Thanks for the great vacation.

Perfect condo in perfect location

The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and the window treatments blocked out any light. The location was perfect and centrally located on 30a. We would definitely stay here again.

March vacation

Property was very clean. Everything I expected. Walk out patio door beach was right there. Bed was comfortable I liked have two bathrooms. Had everything you would ever need. Would stay there again. Close to restaurants and shops.

fun few days with some issues with communication

It's a great spot and lovely condo. My only suggestion is to provide BEACH TOWELS!! It would have been so nice to have a few beach towels to take to the beach. Communication with Benchmark wasn't great. I wrote numerous times asking for an early check in and was ignored. I arrived early with kids and though we could see the room was empty and cleaned, nobody informed us. Took a lot of effort and three hours to get in touch with someone and finally was charged 65 to get in a couple of hours early. Upon our departure we texted to ask for a late check out or even an extra day but nobody responded. Would still book again bit would hope for better communication from benchmark
