The Space:

Welcome to PALMA by Kismet Properties of 30A!

Great waterfront location, stunning Gulf views — PALMA is completely renovated with lovely styling and details throughout. With more square footage than most, PALMA is one of the larger units on the top floor of the beloved Eastern Shores condominium in Seagrove.

Primary Bedroom – 1st Floor – King Bed – Private Ensuite Bathroom

Bunk Nook – 2nd Floor – Custom Bunk Beds

Guest Bedroom – 2nd Floor – Queen Bed – Full Bathroom



Kitchen & Dining:

Fully equipped kitchen with a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils — ready for cooking in during your stay.



Guest Access:

Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the living area and all bedrooms

Check-In/Out: 4 PM / 10 AM

Safety Features: Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm

Extras: Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, self check-in with a unique door code

Eastern Shores is a small, Gulf-front condo building with shared charcoal BBQ grills and an outdoor shower.



Beach Access: Direct beach access via the building's private and secure beach access gate.

Note: Tents and canopies are not allowed at this beach.



What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. Please don't take our linens or towels to the beach. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.
