Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the comforts of home with added luxurious touches, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing and rejuvenating escape. The spacious and beautifully decorated living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day spent at the beach or exploring the town. Take in the breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony, or simply cozy up on the comfortable couch and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances and amenities to whip up a delicious meal, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones. Retreat to the comfortable bedrooms, each featuring plush beds and lovely decor, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. After a refreshing shower in one of the 2 bathrooms, start your day off right with a cup of coffee on the balcony, basking in the warm Florida sun.

But the perks don't stop there! Our condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, so you can easily spend your days lounging in the sand, swimming in the crystal clear waters, and soaking up the sunshine. You will receive a unique generated door code prior to your arrival to access the front door of the condo.

Located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, the colorful community of Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original new urban developments. The 25 acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces and plenty of park benches to sit and enjoy the views. What makes Gulf Place unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods is the mixture of full time residents and short term vacationers that all gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.

Perfect location

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa Beach! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with access to pools, restaurants, shops, and the beach right across the street. Travis was quick to respond to any question or request I had. The condo does face a road that tends to have a lot of cars on it, but the traffic was pretty minimal during the later evening and early morning hours. The windows and sliding glass doors were hurricane proof, so they did a good job keeping out any unwanted noise. We would definitely stay here again!
