Welcome to Gulf Place Residences Condo #304! This Top Floor, Gulf View Unit is a new 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo and it is located just steps from the sugar-white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the world renowned Scenic 30A area of Santa Rosa Beach. A fully equipped top of line kitchen has been well thought out with quartz counter tops, under cabinet lighting, abundant dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, small appliances, coffee pot and a Keurig even with a coffee grinder for the coffee connoisseur and plenty of storage space. Everything you need plus some to enjoy a home cooked meal every night if you choose. The unit also has a full sized Washer/Dryer plus balcony chairs with a rail table to enjoy the outside ambiance. Coastal Chic decor with LVP flooring throughout.

Gulf Place Residences is located in colorful Gulf Place, the 25 acre community is situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach and boast a number of locals favorite dining spots including Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and Shelby's Beach Bar & Grill just to name a few. Local arts and boutique shopping are all within walking distance. Enjoy seasonal events at the beautifully manicured amphitheater,or if you choose you can view from your private balcony. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you will need for your beach vacation. Bring your beach chairs, umbrella, cooler or even surf or paddle board to store in your own private garage storage unit, owner supplies a beach cart for use. Gulf Place amenities include 3 Pools to choose from (2 are heated during winter season), a hot tub, 2 tennis courts are all available for additional fun. Private gated beach access to Private Gulf Place beach or Ed Walline State Park which has restroom facilities and covered picnic tables for those long beach days. Sleeps 8.

Fabulous property!

We all enjoyed our stay! This beautiful condo is very clean and exactly as pictured! Location is great with a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants! The outdoor balcony is perfect for amazing sunset views while winding down in the evening!

Family Spring Break 2025

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place! Two adult and three children (ages 4 & 2) had PLENTY of space. We easily could’ve shared the condo with another family. Check in was smooth and the unit was extremely clean! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates and all types of cooking mediums (even had an air fryer!!). The condo is safe, a short walk to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again! My only note is that the unit did not have a hair dryer (which seems standard nowadays) so pack your own!

Perfect Week!

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and convenient. Very close walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We have already booked it again for our girls trip next year!

Family reunion

Great place to stay, and great location! Easy walk to pools, beach and shops. Plenty of room and it was very clean when we arrived. Easy to check in and depart. The assigned parking space is a nice feature, but takes a little maneuvering for a larger vehicle. Highly recommended!

We had another wonderful week in this unit. We stayed in this unit last summer and were very pleased to see how well this unit has been maintained! We just can’t say enough good things about this property: ease of check in/check out; Beach and pool access was so seemless; close proximity to great restaurants and sweets; private storage for beach chairs downstairs; unit is well furnished with everything we needed for cooking; we love having covered parking; on-site farmers market in the open green space! ; no problems accessing our smart tv accounts; the list goes on. Big thanks to the owners and property managers!

Fall Break fun!

We loved this property! It was so convenient to so many things. The beach access, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything that you could need for a trip to the beach. The parking was no problem and there is a great reserved spot underneath the building. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed every second of our stay. Checkin process was seamless and easy. Convenience to the beach was just what we were looking for! Having access to the storage closet made walking to the beach so easy, as there’s a beach wagon in there. We will definitely be back!!!

Summer vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay this trip. The unit had everything we needed plus a few extras. Everything worked, everything was updated and clean. The property manager was very prompt with the few questions we had. Check in was easy with no hassles. There is a short walk to the beach and several great places to eat. Shopping is within walking distance too. We’ve already booked the unit for the same week next summer :)

Two Couples' Long Weekend

We had a wonderful time, and the condo was beautiful. With two couples, we wanted a unit with two kings, and we wanted Gulf Place, as there are things to do within walking distance (dining, live music, ice cream, a little shopping, pools, beach of course, walking trails, etc.), but it's not super crowded like some other areas on 30-A. Unit was very clean, nicely decorated, very well stocked, and had a balcony with a nice partial gulf view from the top floor of the building (also looks right out onto the Gulf Place center greenspace for when music or other events happen out there). With just two couples, there was more sleeping space than we needed (3rd BR with full size bunks and hallway bunks), so it would definitely accommodate a larger group. Good times!

Great Condo! There are a set of bunk beds in the Hallway we did not see in the listing or pictures. You really could sleep 10 people! Very Clean and roomy! Very close to the back pool!

Lovely Stay

Beautifully furnished and well appointed new condo on top floor. Reserved parking spot under the building was close to the elevator. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Beds were all comfortable. Balcony overlooks green space which would be great if there is anything going on down there. Liquor store, small shops, good food all within walking distance. If you are willing to drive, even more options within 10-30 min drive depending on what you are looking for. One suggestion would be to bring your own blender if you want to make frozen cocktails. They do provide one, but it didn't get the job done. Otherwise, kitchen has everything you may need including an air fryer and crockpot. Plenty of coffee cups, plates, etc. There is a Keurig and drip coffee pot. Great location! Condo is a short block to the beach and owner provides a wagon to transport beach stuff. Chair and umbrella rental are convenient since the beach is crazy busy. The walk to the pool is even faster. We were not given the code to the front door prior to arrival. However, it was an easy fix once I called the number provided. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Love this location!!

This condo was wonderful!! We like to cook a couple of meals through the week and there was plenty of dishes, pots/pans, and utensils for everything we needed. Appreciated the spices too! Having 3 bathrooms with teenager was great!! We had plenty of room and could have had 2 families easily! Loved the kitchen table for games. Comfortable beds (firm), plenty of towels and blankets. Shunk Gulley never disappoints! Great food at Shelby’s Bar & Grill (Nachos!) Goat Feathers was also amazing food! Short walk to the beach (5min) and easy to rent chairs. Love the Gulf Place area!!
