Location:

Located in Gulf Place Caribbean on the western end of 30A. Enjoy easy access to Gulf Place Amphitheater, local shops, restaurants, and the scenic 30A bike path. Nearby Grayton Beach and Seaside offer further exploration.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Parking:

• Open parking for 2 vehicles

• NO U-HAULS or Trailers





House Rules:

• No smoking

• No pets

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM



CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
