A Gulf-front escape! The Sea Goddess is a charming 1st-floor beachfront condo located in the heart of Seagrove, near Eastern Lake. This delightful retreat rests between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and an inviting living room with breathtaking views and a cozy sofa. This lovely space opens up to a covered porch, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the tranquil sounds of the waves.

You'll appreciate the convenience of three nearby beach accesses. The building offers a private beach access, and there are two additional public beach accesses just a short three-minute walk away.

Don’t miss the opportunity to explore nearby Eastern Lake, a stunning coastal dune lake just steps from the condo. With its own beach access, it's an ideal spot for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and playing in the serene waters.

Unbeatable view and location

We love staying at Leeward 1 properties and this trip wasn’t a miss. Sitting on balcony, right on the beach was magical. The condo has all the amenities you would need and special gifts were a treat. Impressed with how well the AC worked at night, but didn’t need during the day with such a breeze. Can’t wait to book again.

I loved the property. Just right size for 2. There was daytime repair/move in work in the unit above that was noisy and disturbed my husband as he was inside more than I was. I would stay again.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for my husband and me. It was super clean and the private beach access was literally steps from the door. The management team was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The updated kitchen was a nice surprise. Close proximity to restaurants was great. The chair and umbrella service was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Leeward 1 was one of the best properties that we have been to! Beautiful, updated, & clean unit! Very easy access to the beach - no multi-level steps to the beach. Nice to have umbrella/chair service included! Oversee welcome package a nice surprise! One of the best trips my hubs & I have had!

Wonderful!

My husband and I had a great trip here for spring break. The unit is so clean and well appointed, the location is excellent and the beachfront views can’t be beat. Oversee’s management is top notch and I look forward to working with them again!

Great View

Very nice & clean condo with excellent views of the beach. Loved that you could sit on the balcony and you’re right there looking at the beach & water!! And stepping on the sand to the beach is a 1 minute walk!! Definitely will stay here again- just wished we could walk to grab a bite to eat instead of having to drive. I give it 5 stars!!
