You haven't experienced a true 30A vacation unless you've stay with these incredible views. BeachCrest 1004 is on the 10th floor and located directly on the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

This Gulf-front condo is meticulously maintained with modern updates that add to the coastal charm. No doubt you will want to return year after year. Relax in the comfortable living area to watch TV or to enjoy the Gulf views. Head out on the balcony to soak up the warm Florida sunshine and listen to the waves. You can even access the balcony from the master bedroom.

The crips white fully remodeled kitchen has everything you need to make dinner or prep beach snacks. There's room for 3 at the peninsula and room for 4 at the dining table ... not to mention a few spots outside on the balcony.

1004 can comfortable sleep up to 6 guests and will make an incredible beach retreat for your next 30A vacation. With all of the updates and attention to detail, this unit is a great choice!

Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in living area pulls out to a queen bed.

Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Your stay at BeachCrest 1004 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Location was great. Right on the beach. 1.5 miles to seaside foodntrucks amd short drive to the hub. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely would stay here again.

Enjoyed the condo great location, close to everything we need. Actually, our 3rd stay this condominium complex, our 2nd stay in this particular Unit. We enjoyed it so much really like the new remodel to the condo.

We were very happy with the stay. The in and out process were very easy and everything was as expected. My only complaints were the management company reached out a bit too often during my stay wanting feedback and there were so many different communications given for directions that when we had a question we had to check multiple sources for answers.

Super clean and well stocked condo. This was our second time staying in a unit at Beachcrest and we love the condo. It’s roughly 60 units total and very well kept. Many of those staying there are the actual owners. Not super touristy. Love the beach service/chairs &umbrella set out daily. The updated unit (kitchen counters, flooring, bathrooms) was pleasant and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean. The view was amazing! The location was really convenient to everything. The only things I would mention was that the master tv did not work. It may have just been the remote but when turned on manually the tv would not “update” so was not usable. I didn’t realize it when I rented the condo but the guest room does not have a tv at all. That was my fault but would have been nice for the guest. Other than that all was good. We enjoyed our trip and would come again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views from the balcony are spectacular. We loved to walk the beach and swimming in the gulf. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and other sea life. Would definitely love to come back.

We had a great time at the condo…love the location, floor plan etc. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and the ice maker worked well. It would have been nice to have one or two more rolls of toilet paper, but not a huge deal. The elevators worked well, which is essential when you’re on the 10th floor. It was easy to park & load/unload. The pool is small but nice. The set up of the chairs & umbrella each day was SO wonderful! Only drawback was the condo smelled strongly of mildew. Our clothes smell like it too now that we’re home. (We went into a condo two doors down and it did not smell like mildew/mold) It would be the only reason we may rent a different condo next year.

We loved Beachcrest 1004. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The complimentary beach chair setup is a real bonus. The complex is near to everything 30A. We rode bikes to the shops at Seaside and easily walked to dinner at Cafe Thirty A. We hope to return!
