Wonderful stay. Truly breathtaking view. Great getaway to unwind whether on the beach or in the living space with the doors open listening and watching the ocean. Convenient to everything you could possibly need.

The best location and most adorable beach home! Perfect for a weekend girls trip or couples vacation. Literal steps to the beach without the worry over parking, and close proximity to the best restaurants. We enjoyed walking across the street each day to the coffee/donut shop. Also loved we could be in Seaside for shopping within 10 minutes. Communication with the host was great. Would absolutely stay again!

We are very pleased with the unit. It appears to have been updated recently and was clean. The bedding was clean white linen and the furniture is on the newer side. We are very happy to be here.

Our last night there was a cockroach in the living room which is concerning because if there is one there are probably several hidden. Parking was difficult during the daytime.

Great location. Management was very good and replied to questions quickly. The only thing I feel could have been better was the shower could have been cleaner. Otherwise it was an awesome stay.

Right on water, easy access. Perfect for a couple by themselves or with a child. Walk to commerce and restaurants, with bike or drive to much more. Loved it!

Wonderful stay! Very clean property. Perfectly situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Very comfortable and quiet space. I could see living there! The unit is on the end, closest to the the boardwalk to the beach. We felt very safe and secure there. The beach was populated in that area, but not crowded. There was distance between groups of people on the beach. Over all, a wonderful and relaxing stay. We will be back.

Location location location

My wife and I took our 14 month old on his first beach trip. Everything about this condo was perfect. Walk straight out on the beach. It was very easy to load and unload from the beach with our little one. Definitely will be booking Emerald 9 for next year!

Can’t beat the location or proximity to the beach! Beach below is private to condo which was nice to avoid overcrowding. Optional chair and umbrella service for daily fee. Convenient bike rentals across the street for riding to dining or nearby towns on the trail. We are a family of 4- and plenty of space. Nice sized living room and plenty of space for sleeper sofa plus an air mattress for our teens.
