Located in the center of Seagrove, the Emerald Hill complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. On the south side of CR Hwy 30A, directly across from Seagrove Plaza, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this 36 unit complex offers affordability and comfort. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

Wow... this artist has an eye for detail. Soothing colors to compliment the Gulf and relaxing furniture to enjoy the view.

This Gulf front community offers a large sunny pool. The private gated beach entrance is right on the property, which allows for swift access to the white sandy beach. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex.

Emerald Hill 11, a Gulf front one bedroom, one bath condo is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. This ground floor unit boast a well equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining areas. The private master bedroom provides a comfy King bed.

Your stay at Emerald Hill 11 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

* Golf carts are not allowed at Emerald Hill
* Only umbrellas (7’ max) are allowed on beach. No tents, cabanas, or canopies.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Location was awesome! Good size bathroom, bedroom and living room. It would have been nice to have a second lounge chair for outside. My husband and I had to take turns sitting in the “comfy” chair. Maybe we missed it but had a hard time finding the unit at night. Having never been here didn’t realize we needed to go down the stairs to find unit 11. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Love 30A area and having a private beach.

Condo could have been a bit cleaner. Corners and detailed areas need a good scrubbing. Bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. Suggest providing 2 beach chairs. Love the availability of having a private beach. Public beaches looked so crowded. Also providing more than one roll of toilet paper would be nice especially for stays longer than a couple days. Will rent there again and wanting to buy in that area someday.

Great view

Small but adequate for two people. We booked at the last minute so glad to be able to find a clean and good location for reasonable summer prices. We love this area. Kitchen is very small so don’t plan on cooking, we eat out. The bathroom needs updating. Overall a good place to stay for a short period of time.

Perfect place for a small family!

We absolutely loved this place! The condo itself is very nice and the perfect size for our family of 4. Our children are little so we wanted something right on the beach so we could come and go as we pleased. The location of this condo is perfect, with Publix right down the road and shops right across the street. It was also very quiet and not too busy, which is what we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend this rental for small families and/or couples with small children. We already can’t wait to come back and are planning to make this an annual trip!

Small piece of heaven

Condo #11 was small but just right for a couple looking for a view of the ocean and some beach time. Clean and convenient. Pool was also very nice. A win-win!

Great unit and complex. Nice area and the unit was as described. Wish the view were a little better but it’s directly on the beach. We had a wonderful time , enjoyed the pool in the evenings and would stay at this unit again.

Outstanding Stay

We couldn’t have been more impressed with the entire set up at Emerald Hill. It started with the extremely user friendly, one-stop-shop for all information we would possibly need for our stay, and continued with the condo itself. Positioned only feet away from the stair entrance to the beach meant no need for huge hauls via wagon, and should we have needed anything spur of the moment, we could just take the 2 minute walk back to our place. Also with the location meant we were water front, which was a perfect view. This is the first time I had stayed in 30A, so the beach dynamic compared to Destin was 10x better I thought. The volume of people was much better, and everyone had a water-front spot with plenty of space between. To round it off, being so close to Seaside was perfect as a good change of pace to the typical beach day, especially having two young kids. My family and I will definitely be back, and are considering buying a place in that area after this week.

Great views- steps away from the beach

This was our second time to stay at Emerald Hill but It was our first time in this specific condo and it was a great experience. This condo was very clean, cutely decorated and well maintained. The views were incredible and there is a lot of privacy as well. We actually never heard anyone above or beside us. We were only steps from the beach which was great with kids. As a family of 4 we had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The master bed was comfortable. The pull out was fine for kids but I wouldn’t recommend for older teens or adults. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary appliances and the laundry unit was great to have. The condo is right off 30A and only minutes from Seasides great food choices and Publix. We can’t wait to come back!
