This 3-bedroom Gulf-front condo is dog friendly and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. You’re only a short bike ride from Seaside and centrally located in Seagrove for easy access to all kinds of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Walking into this 2nd story unit, you’re greeted by a beautiful view that will set the stage for a relaxing vacation. This charming beach retreat is full of classic Floridian flair alongside the comfort you need for an enjoyable getaway.

There’s no better place to sip on a cup of coffee in the morning than on the balcony, watching the waves roll in and taking in those Gulf breezes. And when you’re ready to take a dip in the water, you’ll be there in no time. There’s plenty of green space at the back of the building as well for your dog and kids to play.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed with Gulf views, TV, and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds, TV and access to hallway bathroom.

Located on Highway 30A, Beacons is a small 3-story Gulf-front complex in the heart of Seagrove and minutes to all the amazing shopping and dining at Seaside. Relax and listen to the waves break onshore. Direct access to the sugar-sand beach will be your favorite amenity of this condo.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs in front of the complex. Visit Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at Beacons 4 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. * Parking for 1 car with 4 extra spaces on a first-come-first-served basis.
* Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed at a maximum of 30 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.
* Golf carts are not allowed in the Beacons complex.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Well appointed vacation rental in great location

We were very pleased with our stay in this vacation rental. The rental is well laid out with a nice ocean-facing balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The 2nd floor unit was clean and in very good condition. The furniture and appliances were clean and in good condition as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools that we needed. The unit is located in a great spot along Hwy 30A. There were many great restaurant options nearby. We will definitely consider this as our destination next year!

We enjoyed our stay here. Beach access is on property and the views were lovely. Unfortunately, there was no wifi during our visit and management was unable to rectify the issue during our stay.

Awful. Stay in a different unit with a different company.

There was an awful smell in 1 bedroom from black mold growing on the air vent because the window was broken and stuck 1 inch open. Benchmark management stuck a sticker on the window saying broken so I’m guessing it has been that way for a long time. I requested the air vent to be cleaned but it never happened. I requested to move to another unit so my 75+ year old parents (mom has CPOD) and aunt wouldn’t be out of a room and the management company lied in writing saying no other units were available. I checked their website which showed multiple other units were available near by for the next couple of days. When I confronted Benchmark they didn’t deny lying about it and said someone will get in touch with me. I checked in every morning and no one ever bothered to call me back. I gave up after 3 days. I requested Benchmark provide a 1/3rd refund for that room and it’s been 2 weeks and still no one has bothered to reach out or take my call. Benchmark Management has taken zero responsibility for the unit’s cleanliness, our health or their written word in the lease agreement. They lied to us. They haven’t apologized. They haven’t even responded. Stay somewhere else.

Good Value

I am very familiar with this area so was pleasantly reminded how beautiful the beach is here. The property is old but tucked in with many high-in houses. The beach access might be the best attribute, it's a short walk to your chosen spot on that sugar-white sand. I do have a negative: Beware of renting through VRBO because it is "managed" by another company therefore you have TWO additional fees along with the base price and taxes. UGH.

A Room With a View

Ladies Trip

The condo was small, but accommodating for the 4 of us. Perfect for a short weekend. It does need some outside updating as the porch off the master bedroom/ den is sloping, and the concrete is separating from the rails and walls which is a bit scary. The tub in the hallway did not drain properly. Also, no ramp going down to beach!! All steps and lots of them!! No beach wagon or stroller access. You must carry everything!

Wonderful experience!

We have been visiting Seagrove for many years, but this is the first time with our new, four-legged family members. We were so grateful to find a lovely place right on the beach that welcomed her. Everything was clean, comfortable, and homey. We will be back!!

The property was very outdated. Many, many broken floor tiles, hair in the bathtub, mold on the bathroom ceiling, dirty countertops, toenail clippings on the bathroom floor, dog hair on the furniture, mold on the outdoor patio carpet (lots of it), dirty fridge. For the amount of money we paid, I could not believe what I stayed in - will never stay there again or ever recommend to anybody....

What a View!

What is not to love about 30A? This location is very convenient to all amenities that the area has to offer giving you more time out of the car. Property was clean and well managed. Nice retreat during Covid Restrictions but many other beach goers are not consistently thinking about social distancing. We had to be proactive in making sure people keep their distance when setting up chairs and tents. People were nice enough to be considerate when we mentioned being safe. We walked to most places and picked up dinner to go. We enjoyed many opportunities enjoying nature on trails and on the lakes, too. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms for the extended family. But, we didn’t bring them on this trip. I would think that the main living space and balcony would feel a bit cramped if you added two grandkids and another couple. The washer and dryer are in this main space, so we timed out laundry to take place when we were out of the condo to avoid the noise. The only other additional that would be nice would be to provide a table for the outside area. The view is the main feature of this property and should be enjoyed as much as possible when you are in the condo.

Loved this property! The views are breathtaking. The condo could use some updating, but we go to the beach for the beach and we were not disappointed!! Definitely will stay again. Wish the parking was better; not enough.

Location and dog friendly were our priority and this place definitely hit the mark for both. The view was amazing! Not the most updated, there is some deferred maintenance/deep cleaning needed. Overall I would stay again but couldn’t quite give it a 5 star rating.

Peaceful easy feeling

We loved this rental. I have to admit that we were a bit concerned that we would be too noisy for the unit as we were 6 adults celebrating a 30th birthday. However, not only did we not disturb our neighbors, we didn't hear them at all. So the place is well-insulated. The backyard is gorgeous, the balcony is beautiful, the beach is just a few steps away, and it's pet friendly. We had zero interaction with any kind of property management, which is the way I like it. We simply were given a door code and checked in/out from the app. The beach itself is pristine and not overcrowded, and the cool little town of Seaside is walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
