It offers incredible views from the living room, kitchen and dining area! On the covered balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in privacy with an unspoiled view of the Emerald Coast. This cozy, yet spacious condo accommodates up to four guests.

• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Beach Trip

The property exceeded expectations and was a lovely venue to spend a week at the beach. The only issue we had was some difficulty with the WiFi being slow or several times going out altogether where we had to reboot by unplugging the router.

Hurricane Helene evacuation made u leave on Wednesday morning....

we love the location. there must be 2 fobs to access to beach, otherwise is not functional. balcony ceiling needs cleaning, it is dark with maybe mold... the shower also needs deep cleaning. Furniture / decoration in very nice. Excellent / complete kitchen utensils and sets for cooking and baking. HOA must enforce NO SMOKING on balconies

Beachfront Bliss

We absolutely loved this area! The beach was beautiful. The water was so clear and the sand perfect. It was not crowded at all. The condo was clean. Could have been a bit better stocked. Bring your own paper towels, tp, facial tissues and any kitchen supplies.

Nice Summer Break

The condo was updated and clean inside with all necessary furnishings and supplies. The view was lovely and the distance to the beach perfect. The only concerning issues were the cleanliness and maintenance of the building--sadly very neglected and unpleasant, if not dangerous.

Amazing!

Access to the beach was amazing. We had a wagon with beach supplies and a baby. It was so easy to use the ramps on and off the beach. We had one day where we weren’t allowed in the ocean, so the tidal pool next-door was a lot of fun. very quiet and relaxing place. Very easy to get to Seaside for dinners each night. The kitchen was very well stocked, so we ate breakfast and lunch in the condo every day. Can’t wait to come back again.

Perfect location, perfect trip!

Our family had a great stay at CR 306! It was a perfect location, so unique with the lake next door. The ramp and no stairs to the beach made it all worth it. Could use a few updates to the building but our condo was recently updated. The living space was spacious but a little tight in master and bath for two adults and two kiddos. The master bed mattress could be more comfortable and it would be nice to have had a few amenities like sugar and non stick spray for “non stick” skillets. The bunk beds were comfy for the kids and other furniture was nice. My family had the best time and the location was so ideal. Easy bike ride to Seaside as well. We will return!!!
