Frente a la playa !! No cruzar una calle o caminar a la playa. Este condominio de segundo piso tiene una de las mejores vistas al mar que verá y la ubicación es inmejorable. Es una unidad final con solo una pared compartida y toneladas de luz natural proveniente de las ventanas laterales. Está ubicado en una tranquila calle sin salida lejos de las multitudes. Eastern Lake está justo al lado para aquellos días en que las olas del Golfo son demasiado altas.

El servicio de silla de playa de 30a Shades está incluido en sus alquileres del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre. Acceda a la playa desde nuestro paseo marítimo privado.

Summer Vacation

Great location but the property is a little dated. Paradise was very responsive to our requests. Walls are a little thin so sound carries from one unit to the next. Overall it was a good experience.

Place was beautiful, beach was gorgeous! Beach service was amazing! Only thing we didnt enjoy is having one key fob which made it really hard with kids wanting to leave the beach and come back often . Parking is extremely difficult if you have a SUV! Overall place was wonderful!

Condo with gulf view!

This condo is very nice. Everything is new and clean. The view from balcony is amazing. Here for 9 nights. Never went out to eat, every meal made in full kitchen. Buddy’s fish market is 1/2 mile away. This is pure heaven!

Great stay!

It was so cute and cozy. Loved having laundry right on site. Could use help with the stove burners. Some weren’t working properly. Would definitely book again. We loved the location! Perfect for our family of four.

Spring Break

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo which was the perfect location to the beach and lake which was why we chose it. The condo property itself is in need of a facelift. Some simple power washing and painting would help tremendously. I felt like the cleanliness just wasn’t there that I have experienced at other condominium properties. There was a lot of sand on the floor and in the couch still and dishes not quite clean, garage and pool very dirty etc. In addition, a sewage pipe busted on a Saturday night and was not repaired until Monday afternoon, during which time we were prompted not to use water. Not only was this inconvenient, but there was raw sewer in the garage for a long period of time which you had to walk by for beach access. I was reimbursed $100 for this inconvenience. None of my issues were with the actual condo itself- except that I would recommend a new mattress in the master. However, I do feel that this property is in need of some upgrades, especially if guests are paying upwards of 3K for a week. I would definitely recommend this corner unit- 101 over many others I saw. I think it may be one of the best units there. All in all, still enjoyed the location, just wish I’d paid less since the property did not hold up to the price.

Beautiful!!

This property is just like the description! Also the management company called to check in with me and also called on check in date to tell me my property was available early. The complimentary chair rental is EVERYTHING!!! huge savings compared to other rentals where that's an additional expense. I would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

This was our second stay at Commodore's Retreat, first in this specific unit. I loved the end unit with the extra windows. The views from the balcony were amazing. Now for the negative - as others have mentioned - the toilet was broken. We reattached the chain. However each time the toilet was flushed, it had to be re-attached. I didn't bother calling management only because other reviewers have complained about the same issue and I felt they had ample time to correct the issue (and honestly, I didn't want to deal with a repair person while I was on vacation). The kitchen knives are in dire need of replacing. They would barely cut through a lime. The kitchen was not as well-stocked as other condos I've stayed at - as far as cooking utensils, dishes go. Pretty much every one of the coffee cups was chipped. And, while not necessary, it would have been nice to have plastic cups and plates for our little one (we ended up buying disposable cups and plates). And lastly, the lights in the common areas were out for most of our stay - on the boardwalk and in the hallways to our unit. It was pretty dark when returned at night and had to use the flashlight on our phone. I understand this is not management's fault, but wanted to include it in my review of the overall property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at CR, but there were some improvements that could be made for next time.

Really great place to kick back and enjoy beautiful beach. Very nice accommodations. Everything you need. Close and walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Our third time to stay at this property and we will be back soon!!

Family getaway

Perfect beach getaway for my wife and 2 kids. Great location and right on the beach. First floor so no need to use elevator. Condo was clean and we had no issues. Would stay here again in the future.
