We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove Beach. It was nice to have a short walk to the beautiful beach and use the provided gear (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagon). The beds were comfortable and nice to have room darkening curtains. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space. Loved the games, books, and DVD selection. Walking distance to restaurants/ shops and the nature trail. Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just minutes from the beach. Communication was top notch and the beach stuff was very welcome. It's rare my family of 7 can stay somewhere without my oldest sleeping on a pull out sofa bed so this was perfect for our family. We will definitely plan to return and stay longer. If it hadn't of been for my wife's 40th we would have. Beach was pleasant and even during Spring Break the crowd was manageable.

Location, Location, Location!! Loved the QUICK walk to the beach, and condo immediately off he elevator! QUITE CONVENIENT! Thanks to the owner for sharing his wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella! We had a great set up with borrowing his stuff. The condo itself was LARGER than expected. Plenty of room for everyone. Also, we appreciated the thick curtains in bedrooms, and helps when you want to sleep in!! The kitchen had everything we could have needed!

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect stay! The listing was exactly as it was listed. The location can’t be beat. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach! The condo was so clean and very well stocked with anything you need. The only downside was the crowded the beach. It was hard to find a good spot. We were there the week of the 4th though. I would stay here again. Great for families!

Amazing trip! Stayed with family-another group was in another room on same top floor. Another group was at the high condo across the street. Our room was perfect! We loved the brizzonis pizza place with live music or karaoke! And even got ice cream one night. Loved the caramel cheesecake.The walk to the beach was really easy. The condo has everything you need. The wagon, Beach chairs, toys, multiple umbrellas, we didn’t need to bring anything! Plenty of starter items. We just had to get a couple rolls of toilet paper to last a full week. I recommend to report anything not working-it was apparent whoever stayed in it before us didn’t report a broken food disposal and Also, seemed like a dog made a mess in the bunk room and wasn’t cleaned up properly. The owners are happy to fix whatever-it obviously wasn’t reported by the previous visitors to fix. . The condo balcony was great, lots of space, lots to do. No Beach towels and that’s clear in the guide sent. I loved all the hooks Everywhere to hang up towels, suits, or hats. The big high condo across the street is no longer private beach, so our public beach area was plenty big. My husband went out daily at 6am to put out our chairs and umbrellas to save us a space. It did get crowded and you won’t be able to get a front space if you don’t go early! We walked every morning on 30A. We did the nature trail one morning. That was cool also. Loved everything about this area and this condo! Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, very clean and convenient to beach. Beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas are in excellent condition and we were happy to have had them available to use.

Great option if you have kids!

The place was very clean and well maintained, an easy walk to the beach and other dining/shops. It seemed very soundproofed which we appreciated, as we have 2 energetic boys and we felt like we didn’t bother others! Beach gear/toys were appreciated!

Great property and location

This property was perfect for our famiky vacation. The location for beach access can't be beat. Lots of nearby restraunts and coffee shops within walking and biking distance. Close to bike or walk to popular Seaside.

Cassine Dream family of 5 Spring Break

Our family had a great stay at Cassine Dream. There was plenty of room in the condo for myself, husband, and children ages 12, 16, 19. The area is cute and very safe. Seagrove is right between the popular Rosemary and Seacrest towns. Both are so fun to stroll through. The beach was beautiful, not overly crowded, and clean. The beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and toys were so nice to have. The public beach access is under construction so we needed to walk about a half mile each way to enter. As I said the property was very safe, cute and clean. The pools are not heated so we didn’t use them. We had fun at the pickleball courts each day. Equipment was included in the rental along with plenty of tennis gear. The condo is surrounded by Mom and Pop restaurants. Honestly we could have walked to so many. Bikes and golf carts are very popular but not necessary, we never had much of a problem parking the car when we ventured out. We had a wonderful stay and Len was kind and prompt in all communication.

Awesome place

We loved staying here. The place had plenty of room for us and was right in the middle of our favorite Mexican restaurant and shaved ice shop. Walk to the beach was so easy and the chairs they supplied ended up being very helpful!

Great Week!

We were very impressed with what was advertised with this property when we booked, but Cassine Dream exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and very acommodating. An easy walk to the beach and many amenities. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, played pickle ball, many family memories made! Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic

We really appreciated the proximity to public beach access, ease of parking, proximity to restaurants, cleanliness, abundance of charging ports, elevator, beach supplies. We didn't use our vehicle at all after parking on day of arrival. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels. A picture of a basket with several beach towels was in the photo profile but we couldn't find any beach towels on arrival. Luckily a beach supply store is across the parking lot.

Amazing location!

We have never stayed in Santa Rosa and it was wonderful!! The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The location is fantastic with everything you need within walking distance. The beach is so close and easily accessed and we really appreciated the cart, chairs, and other beach accessories that were made available to us. We had an issue with the condo not being cleaned before we got there, but it turned out to be a very simple mistake that was quickly fixed, and the communication was excellent. Where are you? Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Mother Daughter Spring Break

We really enjoyed our time at the condo for our mother daughter spring break trip. It had the perfect amount of beds for our crew. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed while there. Fantastic location with quick easy access to the beach. The pool was perfect on windy, cool days. Highly recommend this condo!
