  • La planta está diseñada para reunir a la familia y amigos, con la cocina, sala de estar y comedor todos se abren unos a otros. La decoración en todo se acentúa con obras de arte personales que imparte el atractivo mágico de South Walton vida en la playa.

    La cocina ofrece electrodomésticos blancos y armarios, y barra de desayuno. El comedor, junto con la barra de desayuno, tiene capacidad para ocho personas. El salón tiene un armario que se abre a un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, I-pod estéreo y juegos de mesa. Parte de las cortinas personalizadas y descubrirá un amplio balcón con impresionantes vistas que dan a las palmeras y los tejados de la comunidad Blue Mountain Beach. Una mesa de patio y sillas chaise lounge ofrecen un gran lugar para relajarse con bebidas después de un día en la playa.

    El plano de la habitación dividida de esta casa de 1,680 pies cuadrados ofrece privacidad adicional. Dos de las suites de tres dormitorios tienen su propio baño privado, mientras que el baño del tercer dormitorio está justo al lado.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una acogedora cama king y un balcón privado con capacidad para dos personas. El armario es el hogar de un televisor de pantalla plana y un VCR. El baño privado tiene una bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño, cabina de ducha y un walk-in closet.

    Quizás la mayor comodidad es el propio complejo Blue Lupin. Paso dentro del atrio tropical de 50 pies de altura bajo las palmas y una claraboya luminosa sobrecarga. La zona de la piscina está en el extremo sur del edificio, con vistas a las vibrantes aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo. Wonderful vacation with our 4 kids. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of room to spread out. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. We almost never do a repeat vacation but we are really thinking about coming back.

The only “complaint” would be the bedding was very thin & there needed to be extra comforters or blankets for cold natured guests

Spring Break

This was our first trip to Florida. Property was amazing!! Loved having direct beach access. The heated pool was perfect after a swim in the gulf.

Lovely Condo

This was a clean, comfortable and spacious condo. Our family of two adults and two teenagers were able to spread out and relax in comfort.

The place was beautiful, clean well appointed. Close to the beach and restaurants. The only inconvenience was during check-in we didn't received the gate and main doors to condo code ,called manager number and left message but never got a call back regardless we were able to find a good Samaritan that let us in and once inside we had access code to condo unit and the info inside. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Great rental

This rental was great. Pictures were accurate, the place was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Plenty of parking, too, if you’re having people come from multiple places. Best part was how close it was to the beach. Only about a 3 minute walk from the elevators, which makes everything much easier.

This was a great condo for a family. The only issue I had was it stated in the description that it was beach view. This actual condo is not because it is on the other end away from the beach.

Great location

The location was very private with easy access to the beach. There was a beautiful view of the beach area from the pool deck area. The unit was well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but the bed in the second bedroom squeaked. I would definitely recommend this unit and stay there again.

Beach trip with friends

Absolutely everything we expected. The property is fantastic and very convenient to everything. Brought our friends who had never been to Santa Rosa and they were blown away. Thank you for representing the property so nicely and it was exactly what we hoped for. We will look forward to a return visit next year and will definately look to stay here!! Rick and Pam

Wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at Blue Mountain condos but first time at this particular unit. We loved this floorplan for our group of 2 young kids, parents and grandparents. The unit was very well equipped from the kitchen to the board games. The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable compared to other places we stayed. Good water pressure in the bathrooms as well. One consideration is that this unit is situated by the weight room, so we could hear weights hitting the floor, but not during sleeping hours. The walk from the unit to the beach was easy, and we loved that chair rentals were included during our stay. We hope to return next year!

Good stay overall

The property was as expected and was conveniently located to shooed & restaurants. The mattresses in ALL bedrooms were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Finding beach front space proved to be difficult as well, as the property is surrounded on both sides by private beaches (residents WILL complain to security if you unknowingly set up in a restricted area). You have to get up super early to set up personal beach umbrellas in order to beat the guys who are setting up rental beach chairs/umbrellas if you want a spot close to the water.

Blue Lupine

Nice property, but vacation spoiled by renovation work being carried out on and around the balcony, unbearable noise and unable to use balcony. Management company let us move and provided something of a refund, nowhere near enough to cover what we had to pay to rent another property at very short notice. All in all a very disappointing and costly experience. All of which could have been avoided had we been notified ahead of time about the work being carried out in the property.

Condo was spacious and kitchen was well stocked. No where in the description was mentioned that shade tents are not allowed on the beach. Only beach umbrellas. Carried all the way there and couldn’t use it for babies. Showers need new and decent shower heads. Shower curtains need to be changed out they’re moldy. Our last night the air conditioner kept shutting off because the filter needed to be replaced. Overall was a nice place to stay but not enough shade on the beach and shower heads you would find in a recreation camp ground and moldy shower curtains took a lot away.

Great space for family and friends

Blue Mountain Beach exceeded our expectations. The layout was excellent for us. Main room is large and spacious with plenty of seating for meals and for hanging out. Sofas looked new and kitchen was stocked with cooking items. Washer/dryer Worked well. Bedrooms are on either side of the main living area so my husband and I couldn’t hear my teenage daughter and her friends when they stayed up all night! There are three balconies and lots of room for spreading out. Even a table that seats six on the main balcony. The condo is right next to the large clean fitness center and beach access is easy. Pool was smaller but clean. Hot tub was great and a beautiful view of the beach. Only drawback would be the beach itself is limited on space, but that is how it is on 30A. It was a beautiful place and we will be going back!

We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The convenience and amenities were perfect. We had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant surprise

Loved the accessibility of the beach. The complex was clean and nice. The rental was very spacious and had everything we needed. The layout was great. Communication was not timely. There is only one convenient parking space; was a bit of a walk to second vehicle.

Better housekeeping

Loved the location and access to the beach. However we encountered several situations that required us to do cleaning/laundry. Sheets on some beds not washed, floors needed washing and some dishes not clean. Also, batteries were missing in some remotes! Great location but check bedding first. Linens also very poor quality.
