The Space:

This is a gorgeous Seagrove villa is on the second floor with a large furnished balcony providing breathtaking views over the pool out to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Each room has a TV and there is access to the balcony from the primary bedroom and the living area. Sought-after amenities include a fitness center, shared pools, a sauna, and pickleball and tennis courts where you can challenge your friends.



Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, such as Eastern Lake and Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park (part of the Great Florida Birding Trail), then ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.

Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.

The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.

A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.



You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
