The condo features one bedroom and additional sleeping accommodations. It can host up to six visitors. This makes it the perfect getaway for a family trip or a retreat with friends.

The condo’s interior embodies beach relaxation. Hardwood floors and parchment-toned walls extend throughout the living area. Pale blue accent pieces and coastal wall art contribute to the relaxed vibe. The open floorplan and sliding glass doors make the living area seem even more spacious and inviting. A comfortable seating arrangement consists of a patterned armchair and a cream-colored couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The chair and couch are centered around a woven rug and coffee table. The setup faces a blue cabinet and a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Glass doors lead to a balcony, where outdoor furniture provides a place to take advantage of the fresh air when not inside. Next to the living area, a round table with four chairs sits beneath a beaded chandelier, creating a cozy dining area. The brightly lit kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stool seating beside the dining area. It also has plenty of counter and cabinet space for storing vacation goodies, cooking up meals, mixing cocktails, and serving up tasty snacks and appetizers.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a regal headboard and comfortable bedding. Ocean-inspired art decorates the walls. The room also includes a white cabinet, sunny window, and a wall-mounted TV. A twin bunk nook in the hallway offers additional sleeping space, and shares a full hall bath with the master bedroom.

When booking a stay at this comfortable condo, visitors will enjoy additional benefits. These include community swimming pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, outdoor grills, and picnic areas. The beach access is a short 1-2 minutes walk away, capitalizing on this vacation rental’s great location. There are other conveniences in the area as well, including well-loved restaurants, popular bars, unique art galleries, beach boutiques, and seasonal outdoor activities such as festivals and concerts.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through April & then again September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.
