  • Bienvenido a (lo siento, Big 10 fans :-). No importa qué conferencia esté animando, ¡le encantará nuestro condominio de 3 dormitorios fabulosamente actualizado en Beachwood Villas!

    Este gran condominio está ubicado junto a la piscina a pocos pasos de la playa.

    Tenemos fantásticas opciones de ropa de cama, dormimos 10, ¡y todo es nuevo de arriba a abajo!
    Al entrar, disfrutará de una espaciosa sala de estar con muebles nuevos que incluyen un sofá cama doble. También tenemos un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de Blu-Ray para su disfrute después de un día al sol. Una cocina completa se encuentra junto a la sala de estar y ha sido recientemente renovada como se ve en las fotos. También tenemos una gran mesa de comedor con sillas para 6 y 2 asientos en la barra de desayuno.

    Hacia la parte posterior de la unidad está nuestra lujosa suite principal que incluye una cama king y baño privado. También tiene su propio acceso privado al patio con vista a la piscina. Al otro lado del pasillo está la puerta del dormitorio # 2, que es una suite queen. El dormitorio n. ° 3 incluye una cama matrimonial y un conjunto de literas: excelente habitación para niños o adultos. La habitación completa / litera también tiene una entrada privada al baño con su propio inodoro y tocador. El dormitorio # 2 ingresa al baño desde el pasillo, pero también tiene su propio área de tocador y baño.

    Beachwood Villas es un complejo maravilloso que incluye piscinas (una climatizada para las vacaciones de primavera y otoño), 2 canchas de tenis iluminadas, canchas de tejo (muy divertido para las familias), un área de juegos para niños pequeños y hermosos jardines. También hay varias parrillas comunitarias de carbón y áreas de pícnic si desea asar a la parrilla. Beachwood Villas está directamente al otro lado de la 30a de la playa, por lo que la arena y el surf están a pocos pasos de distancia. Nuestra unidad está ubicada justo al lado de la piscina, por lo que los más pequeños no tienen mucho que recorrer para divertirse.

We like the central but quieter location. The building complex is older but well maintained with plenty of activities available including pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts, corn hole. Short walk to the beach. Next door to a small plaza with a couple of cafes. Our condo was as described and comfortable. The Jack and Jill bathrooms for the kids was great. Long balcony with plenty of room for all of us. Condo amenities were great and we did not lack for dishes, appliances, utensils. Huge fridge that could accommodate a pizza box. Lots of parking for residents' bikes and cars. The keypad entry made check-in and check-out very easy.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our first time to the area. The location was great and very centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see. We will be back.

Family get away

This was our first time in the Santa Rosa area and we will definitely go back. Our stay was amazing. Location was good for the beach. Communication was great. Had one small issue with using the keypad for the door but was given a quick response on how to resolve. Overall this was a perfect trip.

Great Location

Extremely pleased with the. condo and the amenities. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Property was very Convenient to restaurants and only a few minutes walk across the street to the beach. Heated pool was perfect temperature and extremely clean. 100% would rent this unit again.

Overall, the place was great! We had a few issues with the key pad lock. Also, we only had 2 kitchen towels so we had to wash it often......minor things! Great locations, nice upgrades. We will be back!

Great stay at Beachwood Villas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and convenient to the beach, local restaurants, and the pool. Management was professional and responsive, check in/out was easy. The only issue we had was the excessive noise from upstairs in the middle of the night- the floors are thin and you can hear everything. Luckily, the people staying upstairs checked out and only disturbed us a few nights. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Beachwood villas and were very happy with the location and cleanliness. The beds were super comfortable and the it was really like having 2.5 baths with twi toilet/sink ateas connected by one shower. It was so convenient to the beach and Tom Thumb. You can ride bikes to seaside which was perfect! The only downside was that we had to rent a gas golf cart vs an electric one because there is nowhere to charge it. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach chairs left at the condo too!

Nice lil condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed! It was clean and well kept. Building is probably older and ceilings are thin. You can definitely hear the floor above you. Entrance to the beach is right across the street however they DO NOT let you put your stuff there. The public beach is another 200ft to the left. It seems to be well guarded by the “chair police”. I really hate that these beaches are becoming this way. We got lucky and were able to rent chairs by another chair company that wasn’t so strict. Overall it was a great very affordable vacation!

Always book with a local Vacation Rental Manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From beginning to end what a great experience. Working with Benchmark Management to plan our families vacation was very easy and we saved a lot of money. We stayed at Beachwood Villas 11E and the other half of our group stayed at Legacy Condos 403. Both properties were recommended by the staff at Benchmark as we both had different budgets but wanted to be close together. We were a 2 min walk from each other with the Legacy property being beachfront. The properties were professionally cleaned and well maintained. The staff at Benchmark was there to answer questions and make recommendations about things to do in the area. When booking a vacation rental in Destin/30A be sure to contact Benchmark Management directly for the best prices, selection and true local service. We are already looking on Benchmark Managements website for places to book next year.

Need a better cleaning company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the renter was very unclean, the floors were sandy, the deck had trash from the previous renters soda, can candy, wrappers, dirty napkins, the sink in the kitchen still had food in the drain, noodles and lettuce. The surface of the stove was very murky like the cleaner had not been wiped off, and general grime all around the edges of both the sink and the stove. And the refrigerator has not been wiped out.Opening the curtains in one of the bedrooms, was dust bunnies, and a price tag and other trash.Besides, just being dirty, the rugs that were provided were pillow shams spread on the floor in the bathrooms. And it’s not very much time spent cleaning this condo.It is a beach side condo, so you expect the sand, but not upon walking into a clean condo. Overall, they probably need to get a different cleaning service, someone who will spend a little bit more time, especially now that the rates have skyrocketed, and we’re paying almost twice as much for the same condo, surely they can afford to pay the cleaners!

Beachwood Villa 11E

This building is my favorite because it overlooks the pool and you can see the kids playing. The mattress desperately needs replacing in the queen room though. It made sleeping almost impossible and my husband and I had to rotate through the bunk room and the couch. Other than that, we loved this unit.

Reviewer Comments: 11e was very nice across 30a to the beach plus swimming pool right in front of condo unit unit was very clean only thing it needs is more cooking items 1 skillet is not enough to cook with also this unit was on the second floor on a 3 story building so if someone is above you you will hear them walking or jumping we went as a group and we rented 5 units we had washer and dryer in the unit but the other units had no washer and dryer this is a nice place to stay that won’t break the bank to stay

Beachwood Villas Seagrove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location of the condo because it is not in a high traffic area but close to neighborhoods down 30A. The 5 minute walk to the beach was direct and very accessible. However, the beach area provided for guests of Beachwood is extremely small and restricted by condo properties which are beachfront. Our unit was convenient, clean and updated nicely. We especially liked having the additional lavatory. We chose a unit overlooking the pool which was pretty, but noisy at times. Also we were on the second floor which did not have an elevator and because of the construction of the units, we could hear the constant movements of the guests in the condo above us. Overall the complex is well-kept, had available parking, easy to access and just the right size/price for our group.
