With a queen bed in the Master, Twin bunkbeds in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. With three exclusive access points, you have the privilege to choose your perfect spot along half a mile of pristine shoreline, where you can leisurely set up your chairs and soak in the sun-soaked serenity. In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers lots of live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Caribbean building is in the middle of it all! The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid-back atmosphere. 

This condo is less than 2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.  It's also a 20-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a Grand movie theater.  

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect getaway

Husband & I enjoyed our beach vacation at Gulf Place. Unit was nice & spacious, walking distance to all shops, eatery, and the beach. Only negative was the cleanliness of the restroom. Shower liner was filthy, odor was unpleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at gulf place, they trimmed the palm trees back while we were there and gave us an even better view of the pool! We loved the furthest beach entrance because it was not crowded at all, overall a wonderful vacation with my little fam! Will definitely be visiting gulf place again

Do not rent here

I’ve stayed at gulf place for the last 11 years and I will never stay here again. first of all the entire property is jacked up on braces and tons of workers working with none of this disclosed. We got a call prior to check in our room wouldn’t be ready at 4 because the air conditioners were getting replaced. I understand. So we got there and went to beach with kids to try and buy time. We were stopped after an hour because no tents are allowed on the beach, umbrellas only. So we had to take our tent down. All of our food spoiled because in car for a 4 plus hour drive and then lagging cooler around. Room still not ready by 6 so we left to get dinner. Never heard, so finally called RealJoy to see if ready at 7:45 pm. They said sorry no notes on account and they didn’t let us know but yes it’s ready. We finally get back to find the elevators were down. Went to get kids ready for a bath and the water didn’t work. RealJoy did offer us another location to move to so we had to pack back up and travel another 30 Min down 30a. Happy just to have a roof over our head but it wasn’t in the location we wanted and we basically missed the whole day. Finally got unloaded around 10:30p. The beaches have gotten so crowded here, major tent patrol and the lifeguards and code compliance people travel up and down the beach blowing whistle every 15 minutes about getting in and out of water. Gulf place was also bought up by Alvin’s island so full of junk now. Totally disappointed in area.

Very nice condo but………

I personally wouldn’t stay at this one again. That being said the overall property was nice. However when you’re a 6’4” 250 lb. Man a queen size been just doesn’t cut it. I triple checked and it said “King Size” in the master bedroom. It was a Queen Size. No sleep for 5 nights was enough. We left a day early strictly because of that. Then the first morning there we go to make coffee and the coffee pot is cracked. They did offer to bring us one but bringing us one at 10:00 am in the morning was about 5 hours too late. Also we get to the condo and there’s construction going on throughout the entire building area. There were support braces EVERYWHERE !!!!! I know if it wasn’t safe they would have condemned it but still makes you wonder. This should have been disclosed prior to our arrival IMO. As I said overall the condo was nice minus the issues I stated. We personally will not return to The Caribbean at Gulf Place after this experience.

Great Condo

We were in town for a week for our daughter's wedding - - other than the rain it was a fabulous week at the beach. The condo was perfect and the broker Lisa was quick to respond to anything we needed. Will definitely stay here agian.

Wonderful Property

Property was clean and as described. Rooms and linens were clean. The kitchen was full of various utensils and plenty of silverware. The furniture in the living area was also comfortable. Overall great stay.

Perfect Stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at Gulf Place. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked very nicely for cooking. The beach was right across the street, and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. We were welcomed with a gift basket of goodies and wine, which was lovely. Everything is so close, including restaurants and a cute little food market - Steve's. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Everything was as advertised from the listing and photos. This location is ideal for walking to things such as restaurants and the beach. We really appreciated all of the beach toys/items on the patio for everyone to use. The unit was very clean and perfect for our family size. We will definitely be back!

Santa Rosa Beach

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and well equiped. There were several amenity items that we didn't use. Normally there are just a few toiletries, but this condo had it all. It's only a queen bed in the bedroom, but was confortable. It just looks like a king in the pictures. The WiFi would stop working for unknown reasons, but after powering the router off and back on it would come right back. The directions for the TV were mindboggeling LOL! But we figured it out to watch the NASCAR race. Nice view from the third floor! Elevator was never busy, so that was nice. There are carts available for load in/out. Great coffee maker! The storage box on the balcony had tons of beach toys, etc. and there were beach chairs that seemed to be in good working order and a beach unbrella.

Fantastic condo in a perfect location!

We rented HipNautic on 30A to celebrate my partner's birthday. Driving in, we were super impressed with the location of Gulf Place. A wide variety of restaurants and gift shops, a coffee cafe, a convenience store -it was it's own little community with whatever you needed through your day. Leaving Gulf Place to go to a nearby beachtown, such as Seaside, was extremely easy and scenic. The condo itself was wonderful. While it looks straight out of the 90s/early 2000s on the outside, the inside was clean and well-maintained. Everything worked as expected and there were no issues during our stay. To note, there is no parking pass needed for the property, which made checking in less of a hassle. Entry and exit were great, and Zach was very responsive to the few messages I sent to him. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our time, and we will definitely look into staying here again if another beach trip is on our radar!

Flair Of Southern Hospitality

I'd stayed at The Gulf Place before and chose it because of its close proximity to restaurants and shops. This condo was well- decorated which sets the tone for me. You could tell it was professionally cleaned. The property manager responded promptly to our issue with the tv connection. Be sure to pull the door shut so that the combo lock works. The gift basket and the complimentary wine were a sweet surprise. Thanks and I'm ready for another vacay.

The beach

This condo was so well appointed, especially the kitchen. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy access to beach. View from deck overlooked pool and property. No beach view. TV was difficult to maneuver. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay in it again.

Spring break

Loved gulf place. 311 could have been more updated. Couches are very uncomfortable if anyone has to sleep on it. Says it sleeps 6 but certainly not comfortably. I would stay at gulf place again but pick a different room.
