  • Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

    This Gulf front condominium is located in Compass Point I, part of a private, gated community at Watersound Beach. Overlooking pristine white dunes and emerald waters, this unique unit has the view, space and modern amenities to make your vacation perfect.

    It features a spectacular great room with views of the Gulf and spectacular dunes. Two balconies provide outdoor dining / seating space and additional views of the water and sugar white dunes.

    Modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All china, glassware, cookware and utensils provided. A convenient work space with desk is adjacent to kitchen and living area.

    Every bedroom has a view of the water. The spacious master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet has a spectacular bathroom with over-size tub, separate shower and his/her sinks.

    The middle bedroom is perfect for children or another couple. It has a queen bed, double closet, full bath and comfortable sitting area overlooking the dunes.

    The third bedroom is great for kids offering double bunk beds, ample closet space, and a full bath with both tub and shower.

    All bedrooms have new smart TV's.

    Easy access to two swimming pools is just a few steps away. The walk to the beach is just 3 minutes. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Other amenities include the Dunesider grill (adjacent to swimming pool), a yacht pond and putting green. There is access to the fitness center for a nominal fee. Garage parking and elevator access.

    Watersound Beach is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

    This unit is rented by the actual owner. There are no property managers involved.

Beautiful condo overlooking the sand dunes with peaks of the incredible blue waters of the ocean.our host was very attentive. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Came with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The area is so beautiful and the beach is close by with boardwalks everyway to get to the beach. We loved our time here and will certainly be back.

The condo was perfect! Beautiful views of the beaches, garage/covered parking spot, pool and beach within walking distance and there were plenty of extras included with our stay. Thorough communication from the owner and they supplied plenty of trash can liners, dishwasher/laundry tabs and shampoo/conditioner in each shower. Beach chairs and towels are included. We would stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway
