    Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

    This beautiful four bedroom and three bath unit has panoramic gulf views that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area.

    The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with, a gas stove and stainless appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a dining table and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the amazing view.


    Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The Gulf front lawn area is a fantastic spot to take in the Gulf sunset or enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


    Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

    Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

    Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Our only complaint was the large beach frontage the Adagio gives to La Dolce Vita. We've stayed at the Adagio multiple times and it seems like their area is getting larger.

My son was jumped on the beach by 5 guys and we know of 3 of families that had the same thing happen. Unless properties start putting police on these beaches, people will continue to stop coming. 30a has a very bad reputation now and I've been coming to area for 30+ years.

We have stayed in other Adagio units that had better decor but that is not a deal breaker. The rental company was very helpful and the maintenance team very responsive when we had a minor issue. I might suggest adding more bath towels and kitchen towels to stay in the unit as that is not something I want to bring on my vacation. It also needs a deep clean throughout. The bathrooms had lots of dirt and dust on the baseboards.

The condo was spacious, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had all appliances and utensils we needed to cook some meals. The kids loved the pools, and the adults relaxed at the beach and in the gulf. Parking became easier after the crowd left on Labor Day. We had a wonderful week of beachside luxury. We’ll be back!
