    Aproveche las tiendas y restaurantes locales, muchos de los cuales están a poca distancia. Hay un acceso público a la playa convenientemente ubicado al otro lado de la calle para dar un paseo por la hermosa arena blanca y las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México. Beachwood Villas también cuenta con 2 piscinas (una climatizada según la temporada), canchas de tenis, tejo y un área de juegos al aire libre para los niños, ¡junto con mucho espacio verde! ¿Te sientes aventurero? Alquile una bicicleta y salte por el sendero para bicicletas de 20 millas que corre a lo largo de la pintoresca carretera 30A y visite el famoso Seaside y Grayton Beach State Park.

Everything was perfect except the bedroom needs a curtain. We couldn’t sleep past 530 AM because it was so bright. The location, property manager, and cleanliness was outstanding.

The place was just as shown in the photos and was perfect for my boyfriend and I! We took advantage of the free bike rentals and the delivered them and locked them up right outside the building. We also rented beach chairs and an umbrella which I would definitely recommend doing! Overall a great location to bike or walk to everything

I have been staying at Beachwood Villas for over 15 years, it's a great location, quiet, clean... and reasonably priced for that area.

Perfect getaway for two

Clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the beach! Location was great to walk to restaurants nearby. Overall, it was the perfect place for me and my husband to relax and enjoy 30a!

Great location and amenities!

We loved having access to the pools and tennis courts at beach wood villas plus from our condo it was a 5 min walk to be on the beach. Very clean condo and great location! Super easy check in and check out process.

Perfect Beach Stay

My family really enjoyed this beach property. It’s central location in the area was perfect. Loved all of the property amenities it has to offer. This condo unit is super close to the pools, grilling deck, & laundry room. We felt safe and comfortable coming and going and moving around the property. Would stay here again!!

This property doesn't sleep 3-4 comfortably. The fold out couch was awful. Bars and springs coming through. Called and was upset. Brought an air mattress. Terrible communication. The first night there were no sheets available for the fold out couch. I didn't sleep at all due to the terrible bed and 0 sheets. Didn't offer and money back and basically didn't care. I will NEVER stay here again. Very outdated as well.

Perfect location

Very clean property, great location, beach access was walking distance, easy to communicate to property management. The bed was small. - don’t need it was a queen size, seems more like full size. Other than that, I would stay again.

They texted updates each day and offered recommendations for dining and activities. Very easy to reach out to if there was anything needed. The rental itself was clean and the perfect size for a couple. Both pools were clean and all the activities on the property were kept up well. I can't wait to book my next vacation with them!

Reviewer Comments: I've been travelling to 30A for 8 years now and this area is the best - although things have definitely changed and the private beach scenario makes it very difficult to rent umbrellas and chairs even at a public access. It's great to be in walking distance to a number of restaurants and the space itself was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a large size and parking was easy. The wifi information was incorrect but they were quick to sort out the confusion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically stay a couple of blocks down the road but decided to give Beachwood Villas a shot. So glad we did! This is a great location with 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts, and more. Even during Spring Break, it was fairly quiet and right across from the beach. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Beach access was across the street but situated between two “private” beaches. If you walk 200 feet down, there is is a public beach. We went to the state park beaches in the mornings, pool in the afternoon, and across the street access for sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing trip! The unit was exactly like the pictures showed. Everything was perfect. My only “complaint” would be that it had a coffee pot and not a Kuerig, but that’s on me because I don’t know how to make coffee.We brought our bikes and locked them up at the little shelter outside our unit. We never took our car anywhere once we arrived.We biked into Seaside for lunch each day. It was 1.64 miles.We loved having the Tom Thumb next door as well. They have a little bit of everything you may have forgot. We never used the $30 credit for rental equipment, but we did stop in a talk to the girls there. They were so sweet.We redeemed our Publix gift card on our way out. So smooth.We are already planning our next visit at this same unit.Side note, we were traveling without children. We decided it would not have been fun for our kids because of the stairs to the beach access and all the walking. But for older kids it would be no big deal.

The unit itself is clean and equipped with anything you may need. The bed is comfortable. The courtyard is quiet and blocks roadnoise. We rode our bikes into Seaside everyday for lunch. It’s less than a 2 mile ride. Walmart is close enough that we did a grocery pick up our first night and had groceries for the weekend very easily too.Highly recommend this for couples! I wouldn’t bring my kids just because there is a lot of walking if you head down to the beach, not to mention stairs.
