Welcome to NautiLife, your inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of 30A. This 2nd floor retreat is the epitome of beachside convenience, with easy access to delectable dining and boutique shopping on the ground floor. Cross 30A to your private beach access, making beach days a breeze. When you've had your fill of the shore, retreat to the comfort of Grand Isle's pool for a refreshing dip.

The open kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining and living areas, creates a communal space for shared moments. Step through the back door onto the expansive balcony, a perfect spot to bask in the soft Gulf breezes. With a washer and dryer for added convenience, NautiLife ensures that your beach retreat is as comfortable as it is memorable.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Beach Access:
Head across 30A to Majestica Circle, to the right of this road is a pedestrian gate (accessed via a fob located in the unit). Take this pathway where it will end at the beach.
Distance: 320 feet | Time: 2 minutes walking

Grand Isle:
Grand Isle offers grand style and convenience with retail shops on the ground floor with food, beverages, decorative items and more! It's a short walk across the street to the white sand and surf via the deeded access. Enjoy the area the scenic way, biking along the paved path that follows 30A between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach!

Your stay at Grand Isle 206 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

5 Star Rating!

I use to be an owner at Grand Isle so my opinion carries a lot of weight. Suite 206 is well maintained, beautifully decorated and air conditioning works fabulous! We had all the necessities of home we needed. Pool and property well maintained. Rental company was easy to work with. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of games for the kids.

Family memories made at Nautilife on 30A!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Nautilife on 30A. The experience was exceptional and we leave with memories that will last a lifetime. The location was perfect with private beach access and a short walk/ride/drive to popular attractions and great restaurants. The condo itself is clean and tastefully decorated creating a very welcoming experience. The 3 BR, 2 BA space allowed our family (with 3 young adult children) to spread out comfortably with both privacy when desired and gathering areas for family fun together. The property owner/management team provided outstanding hospitality and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Naughtife on 30A exceeded all expectations and we will definitely stay again in the near future!

Great stay no problems

This rental was extremely clean and I’m picky about what I call clean. Lord of little extras like dish soap and laundry soap and even a welcome basket and a Wii that the kids played on and loved. Close enough to walk to several places. Mi Casita Mexican restaurant was great. Brozinnis pizza was good and under the sea ice cream was okay. Mi Casita best food within walking distance by far.

Perfect 30A Experience

Excellent experience at this condo! Just the right size for us- 2 couples and a child. The private beach access was much closer than I expected! Right across the street! Condo was clean and thoughtful touches placed throughout. We have stayed nearby before so we knew what to expect as far as traffic on 30A and the location to Seaside. If it’s your first time, do a little extra research on what beach town fits your needs most (location, access, amenities etc) We would definitely stay here again though!

We really enjoyed our stay! Well appointed space that accommodated our group of 3 adults and 2 children with ease. Convenient beach access. We didn’t use the pool much, but it was very nice and clean. Would stay again!

Perfect 30A location

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the easy walk to the beach… less than 2 minutes. Everything was so clean. We had a wonderful girls weekend with MawMaw, my girls and their friends. Seaside was less than a mile to our right and Alys & Roseamary just a quick 10 minute drive or so to the left. We loved having the Perfect Pig cafe downstairs too! Lisa was amazing to work with and always responded quickly. We’ll be back!!

We had a great week in Seagrove Beach! The unit was very clean and comfortable, and provided everything we could possibly need for our week. The location was fantastic, and we enjoyed walking to the beach each day. We will definitely be back!

The hosts had the place nicely furnished and had literally everything we could have asked for in all the right places. The walk to the beach is easier than expected. The place easily accommodated our family of five. Highly recommend!

Wouldn't change a thing!

We debated over quite a few properties before choosing ...and are so happy with our decision. We spent many evenings on the balcony and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and walking to the beach was just a short walk across the street.

Easy and so cute! We loved the unit! The beds were so comfortable! Decor was so cute! Great location, central to most everything on 30A! Only down side was upstairs renters were very loud. Other than that we loved this condo and had a very good experience!

Overall it was great

The unit itself was just perfect. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully stocked with anything you could need. We could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly which was annoying at first but we got used to the noise. This VRBO listing said it was in Watercolor when I booked it, which it very much is not. Luckily Lisa let me know before we came down thank goodness. This part of 30a isn’t as quaint or pretty as other parts, but the beach is still the beach (which we were just across the street from) Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Love the Grand Isle complex

Can’t say enough to describe how much we loved this affordable locAtion on a stretch of expensive properties! Beach access is directly across the street and down 20ish steps so it would be super easy with children! The unit was on the end and second floor. The kids above us sounded like they were playing tackle football inside until late at night but nothing a sound machine didnt cover. The AC controller didnt work; it stayed around 60 degrees in the condo and we were freezing but better than hot! I contacted the property manager before we left about the unit having beach chairs and they said no but there were several beach chairs and boogie boards in the storage container on the balcony. I will definitely look to rent in this complex again next year!! And dont skip the perfect pig! It is sooo yummy!
