"Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, aber abgelegen. Ohne Auto geht da gar nichts. Selbst der Bahnhof nebenan, der Luftlinie vielleicht 100 m entfernt ist, braucht 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war sehr schön, vor allem weil man toll draußen mit Blick auf den Douro sitzen konnte - der Kaffee war allerdings ..."

"The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. ..."
