Neighborhood - 5 stars. Super safe and convenient.House - 5 stars. We had plenty of space and we felt comfortable as a family of 8. Furniture dated and worn out. AC in master only worked one night. Kitchen - 4 stars. Clean. Big enough. Well-equipped. Dishes were old. Backyard - 3 stars. Definitely needed to be cleaned. Yard was messier than it should have been. Grass was grown. Leaves and fruits were rotting all over. Pool - 3 stars. Once it was cleaned, it was very nice. Prior to that, unacceptable and unsafe. The pool was green from mold. Not ready upon our arrival despite advance notice to the host. It took 24 hours for us to be able to use the pool. Host - 2 stars. Gives the appearance of wanting to help but really just makes excuses and blames his property manager or assistants. Blames the color of the pool tile and previous guests while ignoring the fact that the pool was dirty and unsafe. Clearly had not been cleaned in about 2 weeks. Manager stated the filter was not working. Host denied this information. Host also lied about a 6 lb puppy getting on furniture and beds. He over charged for the cleaning of dog's fur. Manager had given the OK at checkout and days later we were hit with this extra charge. The host is dishonest and uncooperative.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood full of lovely homes, and the community felt extremely safe. It was a quick, easy drive to both downtown and the beaches, which made exploring the area a breeze. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with a patio and aircon. One king with a big ensuite, one queen bdr, and one with two single beds. The house was spacious with an open, airy layout that made it perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well appointed with thoughtful extras and supplies. We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella — such a helpful touch for days at the beach.The pool was fun and a great way to cool off. The hammock was popular. The local staff were excellent and provided friendly, attentive assistance throughout our stay with outstanding communication. Overall, this is a very comfortable, enjoyable home, and we would happily stay here again.

Our host was exceptional, response time was fast,and went out of his way to make our stay one to remember. The pool was amazing on those hot afternoons, the Air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice to have on the warm evenings for sleeping. The house was very clean and comfortable, a 10 minute walk into town or 50 peso cab ride, we stayed for 3 weeks with my brother and sister in law, and had a great time, definitely would love to return, great place for families, Thank you Miguel for the opportunity to rent the house Loved it Bill and Jeannine

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Huatulco.The location was great, situated in a quiet, safe residential area that provided a true sense of relaxation. A quick and affordable taxi ride (about 50 pesos) had us in Le Crucecita or at the beach in minutes.The house itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the climate. We appreciated the excellent airflow and the abundance of fans, which kept things pleasant. If extra cooling was needed, the air conditioning was efficient and welcome, and while some of the furniture shows its age, it was functional and didn't impact our comfort. A real highlight, was the lovely private pool. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, offering both refreshing dips and tranquil area.A great feature of this rental was the exceptional communication with the owner and his staff. They were responsive, helpful, and any minor questions or issues we had were addressed promptly and professionally.

Home in paradise

A beautiful home with a lovely backyard. We enjoyed the birds,squirrels,iguanas that also call this their home because of the mango and coconut trees . The pool was enjoyable after a hot walk to La Crucecita. The home was clean and comfortable and had everything we could want for our stay .House manager Addi and Edwardo were lovely people and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Definitely,we will be back !

Great Family Vacation

What a great place to stay, the pool was a game changer! The house was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots making a wonderful place to gather as we cooked! The bedrooms were spacious and nice and cool to sleep. Dealing with the staff was a delight with very quick responses on any of our questions or concerns. We had a great time and really enjoyed the Huatulco area! Thank you!!

If your group doesn't have an literary they won't want to leave.

Great place, cold AC in the bedrooms. Very fast response time to any of your needs. When we went only one entrance to the neighborhood was open but the neighborhood is very nice. Not quite walking distance to many things in the hautulco heat but you can walk to the street and get a taxi easy if you don't have a rental. Would recommend

Great house!

Spacious house, great clean pool, well-stocked kitchen, host was very accommodating and responsive. For larger families/groups, the house sleeps 8 in beds (9 if you put three in the king bed.) Neighborhood is gated and quiet with a little park across the street. Nothing really in walking distance so you need to take a car or cab for outings. Overall good value and nice accommodation, would stay here again.

Better Than The Pictures

We arrived earlier than check in time and still the owners made sure we were taken care of promptly! The property managers came right away and were very helpful. The house was better than the pictures. Bigger. The pics make it look smaller than actual. The A/C in the bedrooms work so good. No A/C on first floor but ceiling fans everywhere. The pool was great and the property was maintained thru out our stay. The kitchen had everything needed for small and large gatherings. Love Love Love the Huge windows and all of them open wide with screens. One of the sliding doors opens right into the pool. My teenager loved it. My family loved it and I am very impressed. Thank you so much for taking care of everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Great House

The stay in this property was excellent, Miguel is a very professional person, he worked with me on my reservation due to last minute complications, and although there was a misunderstanding with the reservation, Miguel resolved it quickly and painless. The house was wonderful, with a lot of space and the pool was a plus. We will definitely come back here.

Safe and Beautiful home at excellent location

Quick to respond to needs. Home in great condition. Property management explained all in detail. Excellent customer service. We had a great time. The home is close to major store for groceries, beaches, and Mercado. Thank you for your hospitality.

Three Star Stay, that could have been Four Star.

Nov 17 to Dec 15, 2021. *Three Star stay, that could have been a *Four Star stay. The day we arrived, the pool water was slightly cloudy. Every day it slowly got worse, until one day the pool water turned completely green. The pool became unswimmable. Thankfully, this was corrected after a few days. Details, A day or two before the pool turned green, I texted the owner about the cloudy pool. I even sent him pictures of the two neighboring pools, both clear and blue. He suggested it was the color of the pool tiles. This was upsetting to say the least. In my opinion there are too many bugs, leaves and coconut flowers etc. (organics) allowed to accumulate on the surface the pool for too long. *The pool filter ran only three hours once/day. Friendly suggestion: More attention to the outdoor space, furnishings and pool. Your renters will spend a lot of time there. In my opinion, the owner does care*, however, I believe he misjudges the pool problem. The pool is a big deal with this home. Positives: The site staff always attempted to please. Also, the owner once our circumstances were clear to him, responded positively.

Me encantó, muy cómoda 😁

La pasamos muy bonito. La estancia en la casa es muy cómoda, salimos a las bahías y llegábamos a la casa a descansar, las niñas se divirtieron mucho en la alberca pues es muy segura, todos los servicios funcionando, el único inconveniente es que no hay clima en la estancia, solo hat en las habitaciones, pero aún así es casi perfecta, muy recomendable ‼️😁

Peaceful please

Excellent customer service was provided starting by the owner and the property managers, Areli and Eduardo.! They helped us with the following additional options that we had for our family group of 10+ …transportation from and to the airport, and came every morning to the house during our stay and cook traditional Oaxacan food. Any questions that we had Areli and Eduardo responded within minutes. I definitely recommend Casa O for your stay and enjoy beautiful Huatulco!!

Lovely Home

This house has everything you will need while on your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. It is a very airy and open and completely comfortable. The outdoor space is lovely and of course the pool is wonderful - we used it every day. Monica, the property manager, was very helpful - in fact, when we first arrived, she walked with us to the grocery store to show us the shortcut! It is in a great location - about 15 minutes to Chahue Beach, 30 minutes to the grocery store, 40 minutes to the main square in Crucecita. Taxis are 45 pesos to Crucecita.

Great pool and yard

Casa "O" is a beautiful property. The pool and yard are beautiful and there are lot's of squirrels and birds and iguanas to keep you entertained! The house is big and beautiful. No air conditioning in the house except for the bedrooms, which could be a problem for some - we were fine with it though. All in all a great location and lovely place to stay.
