Built to resemble a modern coastal village nestled into the cliffs, the community offers panoramic Pacific views, direct beach access, and breathtaking sunrises each morning thanks to its east-facing position along the coastline.

■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
• Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
• Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
• Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
• Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it — we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
• Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required

• Do you offer a discount for longer stays? Yes. A discount is automatically applied to reservations of 26 nights or more. Electricity is billed separately based on usage for stays of 26+ nights and is included for shorter stays.

• Is there much walking involved? Yes. Amanecer is a community with some uphill and downhill walking. Vehicles are not permitted within the development, and there are no elevators, so stair access is required.

• How does beach access work? Playa Arrocito is just a 5-minute walk away via two access routes: a sloped pathway or stairs with a railing. Its calm, sheltered waters are ideal for swimming and snorkelling, with a few beachfront palapa restaurants nearby.
• Is parking available? Yes. Each condo includes one designated parking space. Vehicles are not permitted inside the community, so you'll walk from the parking area to your building.

• Is the community family-friendly? Yes. Amanecer welcomes families and features two shared pools, including one adults-only pool and another suitable for children.

• Is it easy to get a taxi? Yes. A taxi stand is conveniently located right outside the entrance to the community.
