  • This wonderful holiday house Can Ribas, just minutes from Can Picafort beach and the incomparable bay of Son Bauló, preserves the typical Mallorcan style of the island. With a large saltwater pool where you can cool off during the summer season. In the outdoor area, it also has a barbecue and ping pong table. The furnished, bright, and cozy house has a large living room with television, a modern kitchen with an open dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which one bedroom with bathroom is located on the upper floor.



    The elegant saltwater pool, which measures 5x11m and has a depth of 2.20m, is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. The 8 loungers are also cozy and modern, and are at your disposal.



    The seating area on the wide terrace is optimally divided. Here you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the beautiful dining table or have the option to prepare a barbecue and enjoy it in the chill-out area. The well-furnished and maintained outdoor spaces will allow you to enjoy the pleasant climate of the island. Breakfasts, lunches, or dinners are a good option in the outdoors of this incredible house.

This villa is a perfect place to kick back and relax with the family

The house is a fabulous size, rooms nice and cool and dark so sleep is great, comfortable beds, big salt water pool which is much nicer than chlorinated and fabulous outside seating areas and bbq. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa and company, who were extremely good with communication even out of hours.

Lovely and spacely

Miguel’s place was lovely. He was very accommodating allowing us early entry to villa and discreet when watering plants early in the morning. We had everything we needed. Lots of space and rooms are huge and very comfy beds. Nice and quiet. You will need a car but lidl and can picafort only 5 mins drive. We had a great time.

Eine wundervolle Finca und die Besitzer haben für eine tollen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Es entspricht alles den Bilder und ist in einem tollen Zustand. Einzig sollte erwähnt werden, dass einige Katzen auf dem Grundstück unterwegs sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Alles sehr sauber, sehr schönes großes Grundstück, es ist eingezäunt, ideal für Familien mit Kindern! Es gab frische Eier, von den Hühner vom angrenzenden Grundstück sowie Orangen zum selber pflücken! Nichts, es ist super!

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren hier mit insgesamt 6 Personen und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen uns sehr ruhig. Überall springen süße Katzen rum. Der Pool ist leider ziemlich start mit Chlor versetzt. Es ist also leider kein Salzwasser Pool. Trotzdem super entspannt darin zu baden. Küche ist auch super ausgestattet.

For families just amazing

We loved our stay here. The house is big and the 4 bedrooms are spacious and deliciously air conditioned. The pool is huge and has fresh water, lots of space around the outdoor table and around the pool for 2 families. The owner was friendly and helpful. There was a family of cats living around the property which our kids loved. All amenities you would expect were provided. The only slight complaint is that the kitchen and fridge were rather small relative to the size of the house.

The Perfect Rural Retreat

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing with older children or adults, you can stop searching as you have found it. We were able to play music, and be in the pool, until late in the evening, without fear of disturbing the neighbours as there aren't any. Despite this, the town of Ca'n Picafort is a few minutes drive away, with the beach, the marina, and all the shops you could wish for. The pool is large and deep, and ideal for keeping teenagers amused. The setting is beautiful, and Miguel and his wife are the perfect hosts. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Book it now, you can thank me later.

Amazing holiday

Miguel and his wife were very kind. They had left a little package for us with essentials some from their farm. Everything about the villa was as advertised. Lovely and quiet and loads of space. Rooms huge and the pool was great. You will need a car to get about but villa is only a 5 minute drive into can picafort. Easy drive to lovely beaches and port de alcudia. Would definitely recommend. Be nice to have some essentials left. Like olive oil and tea bags for guests.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine windervolle Woche in der Finca von Miguel. Er war immer sehr hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wenn es mal Probleme gab war er sofort zur Stelle. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen ohne weitere Nachbarn, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Our stay was wonderful

The house and garden are very beautiful and fully equipped. Lots of kitchen utensils available. The beds are good. The pool is great, clean and refreshing. Miguel, the owner of the house is very friendly and hospitable. There were fresh eggs from his own chickens and oranges from his own land when we arrived. We definitely recommend this house The two corkscrews in the kitchen are not optimal, so opening a bottle of wine was not very easy. The kettle needs to be descaled.

Wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Finca mit guter Anbindung

Die Finca und das Anwesend waren sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Absprache zu An- und Abreise hat problemlos funktioniert und die Ausstattung der Finca war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte bzw. Ganz für sich sein will und trotzdem die Nähe zum Einkaufen/ Strand oder Ausflügen bevorzugt. Ein Auto ist hier fast unabdingbar, dann ist aber alles gut erreichbar. Einzig die Größe der Zimmer ist sehr unterschiedlich, was durch mehr Bilder bzw. einen Raumplan vorab ersichtlich werden könnte. Am Pool wäre ein Schirm oder Sonnensegel super, um die Möglichkeit für Schattenplätze zu bieten. Die Müllentsorgung in Can Picafort ist kein Problem, ein Hinweis dazu, wie das funktioniert bzw. wo der Müll dort entsorgt werden kann, wäre super.

diese Finca ist eine sehr gute Wahl!

Die Finca ist super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Pool ist mega, schön war auch, dass es Poolhandtücher gab, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Tischtennisschläger. 2x brachte Miguel Eier, das war super lieb. Und wenn wir etwas brauchten, war er zur Stelle! Tip Top. Sprache nur spanisch, sollte wenigstens englisch sein zur Einweisung. Spülmaschine macht nicht wirklich sauber. verschiedene Gewürze und Essig,Öl sollte vorhanden sein, den Gästen sagen, was sie leer machen sollte aufgefüllt werden. Dusche im Bad hinter dem Begehbaren Kleiderschrank wird nicht heiß, das Wasser von der Badewanne, das ist dafür heiß.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort. Finca ist genauso beschrieben wie im Inserat

Der Besitzer war super lieb aber spricht nur Spanisch, wir durften deutlich früher rein als geplant was die Anreise vereinfachte. Der Pool war das Highlight da dieser echt riesig ist. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und offen. Das einzige was gestört hat war die Wendel Treppe mit dem „offenen“ Zimmer oben. Aber das ist kein großes Problem. Die meiste Zeit ist man eh draußen. Alle waren zufrieden :)
