Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, wine fridge, side-by-side fridge, toaster, Italian coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster, crockery, glassware and all kinds of kitchen accessories.

The Villa is entirely for guests

Joan and I will receive you personally. We live in another house on the same estate. We like to welcome our guests on the first day so that they can get to know us from the very first moment and clarify any doubts that may arise from the beginning. Our intention is that our guests can enjoy a holiday in which they can get to know the real Mallorca and feel at home.

The property is located 5 minutes by car from the village of Santa Margalida and the beach of C`an Picafort.
In both areas you can find everything you need. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, post office, tobacconist`s, church...
The beach of Son Serra is less than 15 minutes away by car.

The property has parking available in the villa for the guests. The villa is located on the Santa Margalida road towards C`an Picafort. At 2,5KM from Santa Margarita and 5KM from C`an Picafort. It has good access by car or for clients who like to cycle as the entrance to the finca is from the road.
