Perfect for a holiday near the sea, this house in the coastal area of Can Picafort offers space and comfort for up to 8 people, ideal for families or groups wishing to enjoy the charm of the north of Mallorca.
Starting with the exteriors, this charming house is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. It has two fully furnished and spacious terraces, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing moments or evenings in good company. One of them is on the upstairs porch and the second one is on the ground floor. It also has a fixed barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious meals in the open air. All of this is surrounded by a peaceful environment with pleasant views.

On the ground floor you can park your car and access the first floor, by stairs, where the whole house is distributed on the same floor. Inside, it offers spacious and bright spaces to enjoy your stay. The living room is equipped with Smart TV and is open to the dining area where you can enjoy pleasant meals prepared in the induction cooker fully equipped for cooking. When it comes to sleeping there are 4 bedrooms, all with wardrobes. Three of them have single beds and the remaining one has a double bed together with an en suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Another bathroom with shower serves the rest of the rooms. Finally, the house offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use during your stay.

Can Picafort is a lively seaside town with one of the longest beaches on the island, perfect for relaxing or practising water sports. Its promenade offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops, while the surrounding area offers the chance to discover natural beauty spots such as the Natural Park of s'Albufera. The combination of family atmosphere, services and natural beauty make Can Picafort an ideal destination for an unforgettable holiday.
