The main terrace is the perfect place to have a drink at sunset with your loved ones, listening to the tune of the waves and admiring the blue of the sea. At the back of the house, in the large patio with barbecue, you can sunbathe and enjoy your meals with more privacy. The large indoor pool (not heated) is undoubtedly one of the best attractions in the house. Here you can cool off after a morning at the beach, in the 11 x 4 meters of water, with a depth of 1.5 meters.

The 3-storey house has been decorated and equipped to the last detail. The large living-dining room with TV-sat is a continuation of the main terrace, with incredible sea views and plenty of light. The same light reaches the kitchen thanks to the glass wall, which is equipped with induction cooker. Also in the kitchen you will find washing machine and dryer. The beach of sand, rocks and Posidonia with shallow waters in Son Serra is ideal for the little ones in the house. We recommend visiting the towns of Alcúdia and Pollensa as well as Playa de Muro or Alcanada.
