"Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola. Check in was seemless. Location was superb! Right outside our door was breakfast every morning and all the shops. He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area. Ferry right by the hotel took us to any lake town. Tanina even arranged for a car upon check out to take us to the train station. We...

"The hotel room was amazing, spacious and had a lovely scent. Breakfast was rich and scrumptious. In addition, staff was super professional and friendly. The location was 2 mins away from the arena and 5 mins away from Juliet’s house. "

"Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working."
