neighborhood was nice and quite. Although it is near a train track there was not a lot of train traffic. We only heard train horn 1x out of the 4 nights we stay there.kitchen was stock with snack food so it work out as my daughter had the midnight munchies.I would stay here again when i come to visit family in Houston area.

Sweet little home away from home

This property was clean and well stocked! They supply all of the linens and disposable products (paper towels, TP, trash bags). The owners were super kind and responsive. We had one night where we needed a new set of sheets, and the owners brought them to the front door before we even had time to see their reply. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We loved taking walks after dinner. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are laid out so well that we never felt crowded. We even had plenty of space for our son’s wheelchair to move everywhere. There is a train in the distance that you notice during the day, but even our light sleeper was undisturbed by it at night. The work desk was perfect for us to work from home, and the kitchen was ready for us with cold water and plenty of individually packaged snack options. We would 100% stay here again and were a little sad when it was time to go.

House under the oak.

We love staying at this property, this was our second time renting it. Always super clean and convenient for us. My only suggestion would be mattress toppers for the bed, Mattress are super firm.

Home away from home

Cute little bungalow that made it easy for us while we move out of the country. Hosts were super helpful and the property was just as advertised.

Overnight before cruise

Nice little house with everything u need for an overnight. It was clean and cozy. Beds were not the most comfortable and only bathroom is in master bedroom making it awkward for others to use during the night. Overall worked out well for our needs and would stay again.

Comfy quiet home near the ocean

This home was just what we needed to stay in on our way to Galveston for a cruise. Well within drivable distance to the beach for the day. Comfy, clean and quiet. Met all of our needs at a very affordable rate.

Cute, Comfortable 2-1 house

Stayed here while visiting 2nd family in Santa Fe, TX. Very convenient to their home. Peaceful and quiet area close to most everything. Owners did very well anticipating anything that would be needed. I am staying here again in July!

A Good First Start

The property was a new listing on Vrbo and I think we might have been one of the first to rent it. Property was just as viewed in pictures online. It's an older cottage but has been updated nicely. It was very well stocked with all we needed to be comfortable. We rented it to be close to my elderly uncle who lived just down the road so it was very nice and convenient to everything in and around Santa Fe. We had to contact the owner once with a small issue we had with the door code and it was so wonderful to have a response within minutes. We will definitely be renting it again the next time we visit my family.
